Regarding Whirling Dervish, I shouldn't worry too much, as nobody worries about Scirocco's Dervish.

Two days or so ago, I was agonising over the character creation screen, when I put together a magic-origin Ice/Cold Corruptor. I began thinking of a concept, and found that the idea of the embodiment of Mankind's fear and hatred (this being in general terms, I'm rather fond of the season myself) of Winter was a pleasing one. I was more pleased when the name 'Dead of Winter' sprang into mind, and even more please when I learned the name wasn't already taken.

Guffy, you're wasting 200K per month by paying every week. If you ignore the rent message for a further two weeks after it lights up, your services aren't turned off until a total of 28 days after last base rent payment. Unless mistaken, all of the above. Being in a specific (i.e. train station and so forth) location also counts as being on patrol.

All my chars, of course, from the L50 DB/WP blender-brute to my lowliest level six char. Hitting/burning/irradiating/more hitting shall happen with great abandon. Most fun will be my WM/WP Brute. Melon-popping with a dirty great hammer, oh yes please...

@OP, I think the limit is a good one. Katie Hannon TF, average time 20-40 minutes or so. Do that eight times per day and you're laughing (or more than eight if, like me, you have absolutely no outside life nor any recognisable desire nor need to aquire one as all/most of your friends are also gamers, forgive me for not being part of booze-orientated culture [/rant]).

Are you telling me you can get through every single task/strike force in the game in under twenty-four hours? How long over the Easter weekend did it take, in real-world terms (taking breaks between TF's for bodily functions, sleep, food etcetera) to complete just the Freedom Phalanx six?

Whatever. There's plenty to do on either side of the hero/villain divide. At least merits for TF's/trials is better than farming 100,000,000 inf for a single recipe or IO.

I think they've done well, from the viewpoint of not showing us the really nice things too-soon, thus spoiling any surprises they have hidden in the sets. It leaves me wanting more.

@Scarlet Shocker, in the Dev's defence on your point about O-port Vs Base-port, the base-port Vet power was released long before the O-port. It's been rendered only less-useful, in my humble opinion. That, and O-port doesn't take you everywhere, only mostly-where (I know it's not a real word, but it works).

I meant type it in manually, or write it onto scrap paper and copy into the browser line. I knew already you can't click links in the game. If you don't have a handbook page, like I don't, then don't include the link. Simple.

Or post a physical description of your character giving details on height, weight, eye colour, speech pattern, accent and so forth, with a link underneath to your char's handbook page (if you have one).

No. Proc IO's for Taunt sets were disabled in Taunt Aura's some time ago.
