Both CM and ressurect both get one slot. What goes into rez depends on the AT I am. If I am a controller it gets endurance reduction. If I am a defender I am already getting the end discount on the rez since the person is dead so recharge is better. For pain domination I just use recharge because after the rez you get an endurance buff anyways so I never worry about reducing the cost.

Illusion for dominators. Thermals for masterminds. Claws for brutes. SS for scrappers/stalkers, ninjutsu for scrappers.

Frankenslot is what you want for this one. 3end/conf and 3 procs (2 confuse proc, 1 slow proc or fear proc) then it does as much damage as hotfeet.

I don't think that you should be allowed to carry more than your character can hold across side-change.
If you go to all the trouble of switching sides to get gear, then that will increase your play time - which is a good thing for the game's longevity.
I just hope that all that progress is made without needing to exploit the content to do so.
[/ QUOTE ] Let me guess your one of those folks who try to use RP reasons for no side switching or market merger when clearly it makes more sense to allow it to happen from a RP perspective than to let it not happen.
Personally I want to be able to switch because they refuse to fix all the content/reward inequities on redside. We been waiting for damn near 9 issues and villains havent got squat for themselves aside from a revamped hamidon encounter. People say it till they are blue in the face about the devs not being biased towards villains, I still wont believe it when you look at the content on CoV being just as hard if not harder than the majority of the CoH stuff. They keep using travel time as the excuse due to all the zoning but after we get all the freaking stuff to help us travel its not really an issue at all. I mean we got the missions teleporter, base teleporters, 0-portals and the base candle. So why do heroes still come out ahead with easier content? And lets not get me started on the LRSF vs STF debate. -
Its a bunch of BS that should be optional when you crash. If they could make it optional as a choice when you start up the updated I wouldnt have it set to always bypass the update. 99.999999999% you never need to verify files after a crash.

The map is of atlas park. It has a stage like area. I think I remember doing this map during an o-portal arc of some kind. Anyone know what I am talking about?

Basically what I am looking for is suggestions of allies for missions that are some what helpful but at the same time have either no or really low attack power so that they dont hurt the xp/inf/ticket gain too much. It can be standard hostages with support abilities or just faction critters you know in non-AE missions that are helpful but low damaging when fighting.

My arc is 223300 just so you all know. Its titled the Viridian Strike Force. Its 4 missions, the first few are sewer related but when the attempts of the villain factions fail they step things up a notch to "cheat" to win. I tried to be careful and not use factions or specific critters that would overwhelm lowbie teams. I also added a few ebs and avs but all the avs are optional so if they cant beat them then you can still complete the arc.

If they allow you to keep your stuff when switching sides but they dont merge markets I definately will be moving tons of villains blueside especially my stalkers. I will end up farming the hell out of positron TF just so I can have recipes and enhancements to take back to the other side when I switch again.

In the past I hated sewers so much because it gimps you on arcane drops as you go but with tickets its not really a problem anymore. I just wish there was a way to space the critter levels out so you can increase them as you go thru the mission just like they do in the real sewers. -
All I can say is [censored] happens. I have times where I got hit 5 times in a row by stuff when I had soft capped defense on a stalker. I have even buffed my defense thru the roof with retsu and demonic on an already soft cap toon. Again I say [censored] happens. RNG in this game is flacky at times but I dont think SR is a bad set especially after soft capping. I feel its superior to invul in a alot of ways. I simply dont create invus anymore since there is WP. I dont know what to tell you dude other than make sure you take aid self.

I was wondering if we had the option for small little ears that you sometimes see on the cowels of some super heroes/villains in the comics, similar to batman's little ears on his mask.

[/ QUOTE ]The thing is now your damage is so good you really dont need confuse to make up the difference. Considering how much more damage we do that is overkill confuse damage would only applify that even more. We simply wont need it because we would have killed said critter anyways. -
All I can say is that we need to pm all the moderators repeatedly about getting this feature in game until this gets added. Remember the its the squeaky wheel that gets the oil.

Now that the change is on test. Was it really the doom /nerdragequit that we had in all the other threads? Aside from the endurance costs and longer recharges it plays quite well come paired to live server. To me it makes all the difference. Its enough to make me actually spend more time on those toons as well as spend money for IOs on them now that they are worthy to get them since they do damage now.
