Not really, that I can think of. There are ways to do it, but I can't remember the names of any of the pieces. I think the closest would be one of the "full masks" options that kinda look like the Flash's little head things, done in the same color as the mask.

Full Mask > Detail 2 > Devil Horns looks pretty close when colored properly. You can also use Full Mask > Detail 2 > Wings.
Note: Don't use this to actually make a Batman or Daredevil copy though or you'll get genericized.
Also keep in mind that with the full mask option, you can't remove/cover your human ears, which I just don't get.

but you can color them the color of the costume rather than have them skin color.

He shouldn't look too much like either of them either. 
I was wondering if we had the option for small little ears that you sometimes see on the cowels of some super heroes/villains in the comics, similar to batman's little ears on his mask.
