Soon to be level 14, however.

Those have always been available via Ouroboros. Don't see why that'd change.

That's what I'll be doing to get myself to T9 as soon after release as possible.
    Doing that too.

And the only reason for buying that many isn't the Reward Tokens -- it's also all the cool shiny new stuff those PPs will buy me.

I believe it is, in that you can right-click on a friend on your list and access the functionality described above.
  8. All of it. Every damn thing. I plan on buying a metric ton of PPs right off the bat so as to earn bonus Reward Tokens, and this is how I'll likely use a lot of them. I love the idea of increased storage on my toons.

Make sure you're logging into the BETA server, and not the TEST server. Others have reported getting in with no issues over the past 30 minutes.

    Patch notes?

No, these are the Test patch notes. Which may end up being identical to the Live build, but until official Live patch notes are posted we won't know for sure. As of now, today's Live patch notes have yet to be posted on the main website.

If you have a hero or villain above level 20, the appropriate EAT is accessible.

It was, but was lowered to a more attainable requirement of 20 a few issues back.

Actually, Zwill indicated that we will have 10,000 PPs to use for test purchases, and they hope to have it available later today when the open beta begins (a little less than 2 hours from now).

And there is your issue -- you MUST level one of the hero ATs up as a hero (meaning NOT as a Praetorian).

Generally speaking, you can't (other than of course Ouroboros, where doing so uses the TF/SF interface, which works, but does not allow you to invite people along mid-run). You CAN, of course, still hit up any of your high-level contacts that you haven't finished, but what I think is being referred to here is that you can "save" a particular mission that works well as a farm and play and reset it over and over by doing some of the content but not completing it. Then all toons exit the map and you "reset" it by selecting another mission and then back to the farm.

    Le sigh.
Feel free to go do it the less repugnant way, then come back and let us know how long it takes for you to switch to the more "efficient" way.

Good point (I use the "/buycoh" command myself).
  21. Go in, grab Heavy, leave zone. Lather, rinse repeat.

It's tedious, but there it is. (Used to be you could release and re-control the Heavies, but that loophole was closed up a long time ago.)

    A) Define "starting area". There are 2 with I21 -- Atlas and Mercy. 1 Tutorial leading into each. VEATs/HEATs skip it entirely.

    B) Regardless of what anyone's said, VEATs/HEATs do NOT have the ability to go anywhere other than their usual starting locations (i.e., HEATS > Atlas, VEATs > Mercy). As I said, of course, that's subject to change (but makes little sense to me if they do change it).
