Quote:Not by design it appears. And a big chunk of the pieces people are claiming are missing are actually just moved.
So some stuff got accidentally dropped -- if you can't find a piece, /bug it so they can add it back. -
I don't think anything was removed (at least that I've heard), but they reorganized and a lot of stuff moved. Check in different locations, should still be there somewhere.

Wish I'd seen this before I did the first part of the arc earlier today.
If nobody has one readily available, you can just head on into Ouro and play it (marked "First Ward part 1"). She appears in the 3rd or 4th mission or so, and there are plenty of chances for a photo op. -
Well, all I did was type [Spring Attack] in-game and check the real numbers.
According to that, the power's range is 60 feet, and the effect area is "Location". I compared that to an AOE that I know has a truly significant area, and the same information in that location did list a radius in feet.
So that's interesting. Does "Location" indicate basically just AOE in a melee range? -
Free account creation/access is likely to begin on Tuesday, seeing the patch that's been announced.

Quote:I've done the "arc" 20+ times now, some red and some blue, and I've gotten those 2 RMs every single time (before the reward table even appears). That is questionable.
I say that only because last I checked Villain side doesn't give you those to Reward Merits, and I have not heard which way is supposed to be correct - or if it is correct as is.
(EDIT: often multiple times (3+) in a row on the same toon, and still get those 2 RMs each and every time.) -
Fort Trident, in Atlas Park (marked on your in-game mini-map).
You can start your research of Alignment Merits here. -
-
They open weekly -- only the first part is available until next week (Tuesdays is my bet for when they will regularly be released -- the first part went live Tuesday of this week). The contact is in Skyway or Cap (both marked conspicuously on your mini-map in-game). There are various rewards such as an Alignment Merit (Heroes and Villains only, of course), Reward Merits, multiple RMs, an Astral Merit, etc. The arc is level 20, but I *believe* its minimum level is lower than 20.

I've also found this to be true, with pretty much all the Trials. The focus and coordination you can achieve with a smaller League more than offsets the brute force and firepower attained from a larger one in my experience.

Also, it occurs to me you can simply log onto an alt (or make a new one) and check if he/she has the badge to test whether something is account-wide or not...

Awesome, glad to hear it's going so well, Fulmens!

Dunno if this is what you mean, but there's a Global Channel basically for many who frequent this forum (and some that don't), called TheMarket...

Agge's correct as usual, of course (darn her fast typing!
). Also, note that while they are designed to work on IOs, they do NOT enhance any procs such as the Numina's Convalescence +Regen/+Recovery, Performance Shifter +END, etc. (but they DO enhance benefits some procs provide, such as the +DEF from the Luck of the Gambler +7.5% Recharge IO).

Quote:Listed in the 'known issues' (or at least a related bug is).ALSO, I'm not sure if this is a bug or not. BUT, if you have the Cape of the Four Winds or the Arachnos cape (COH CE/COV CE,) you will NOT have them available from the purchased unlock. You WILL have them available if you run the mission. (At least as regular capes.)

Congrats to everyone getting this out of the way. Victory has had a few successful runs of this -- SO much easier (and more enjoyable!) than most of the Keyes badges.
