It's account-wide. Generally speaking, for a simple question like this, you can get a faster response by going to ParagonWiki. There is a page for this badge (and every other). You wouldn't have had to wait 4+ hours for a reply.

Aside: paragnwiki should have a template for badges. Account wide or per character, related faction (hero / villain/ Praetorian), badge type (Veteran, Exploration, History, etc.), and so forth. Wonder if I can figure out how to make a cool template for that when I'm not buried in other matters.
Also, it occurs to me you can simply log onto an alt (or make a new one) and check if he/she has the badge to test whether something is account-wide or not...

Is there a way to search Paragon Wiki with partial spellings and not have it spit out errors?
For example, if you put in "door buster" or doorbust you wont find the doorbuster page. Meh maybe this isn't the right forum for such a question, apologies.

When was the head Start period? I was eligible for it, but i was on holiday until the beginning of this week. Have i missed my only chance to get Doorbuster?

Sadly, I still did not get the Launcher to update the game on this system, still have to copy the readily patched version from another friend who plays it to be able to play it here.
And I didn't get to that friend for several weeks now.
Been trying all the time to get it to run, but it seems I will have to wait until I get a my new computer and install a new OS where .net 3.5 installs properly. No idea if that is the problem though. 
Is there a list somewhere we can subscribe to to get that badge when it was impossible for us to log in at the right time?
Is Doorbuster an account wide badge or do I need to log onto every single character?
