Spring Attack AOE Radius

What is the AOE radius of Spring Attack? I keepo seeing mention that it is a small radius, but no one ever says how small. Anyone have the actual numbers for this?

Well, all I did was type [Spring Attack] in-game and check the real numbers.

According to that, the power's range is 60 feet, and the effect area is "Location". I compared that to an AOE that I know has a truly significant area, and the same information in that location did list a radius in feet.

So that's interesting. Does "Location" indicate basically just AOE in a melee range?

No... it's the weirdness that is the same with Lightning Rod and Shield Charge - 60ft is the range of the teleport. Then, after the teleport, the power spawns an invisible, untargetable pet that does the actual AoE attack. To find the real numbers on the attack's radius, you have to find the info for the pet. I know people have found ways to look this up, but I don't recall how.

"Location" just means it's a click-on-the-ground-to-target attack, like Shield Charge, Rain of Fire, and various other such powers.

I can't give any numbers but from some brief experimentation it looks to be roughly equal to Lightning Rod/Shield Charge in radius... give or take a bit as I'm not sure I had mobs out to the full edge of the LR/SC radius.

It's pretty small, I'd say equal to spin's radius. I've used it to TP into large groups of critters and only only the mobs closest to my character would take damage.

It isn't anywhere near as wide as SC or LR. I'm not even sure it's as wide as Foot Stomp (15 feet), although it probably is.
