You missed a filing cabinet in a room just to the right of the entrance. Click the middle drawer to open up an exit from that map to another.

Quote:It is in my opinion. I always (used to) 4-slot Stamina.I presume the only reason to slot up Stamina for four P.Shifters is to get the 2.5% Recovery set bonus? The Rech and Acc portions of two of those IOs is otherwise worthless in Stamina. Is that 2.5% really worth burning an extra slot in Stamina for?
With the advent of the Enhancement Boosters, however, I've been 3-slotting it, using 1 slot for the Performance Shifter proc, and slotting 2 +5 END MOD IOs. Works pretty well, and all I lose is the 2.5% bonus and a tiny bit of bonus from the generic IOs. -

No, just inaccessible until such time as you are again a VIP.

Oh, derp, that'd be 34, forgot about that. Thanks Iron.

Quote:How can a Stone Tank activate Granite at level 29?Problem with this badge is that a stone tank can activate the costume power and still use granite without the costume turning off, but a Kheldian cannot transform to squid or dwarf mode as that will turn off the power.

I got this badge a couple of weeks back, and just stood on the roof of the Hospital building (as far as I'm aware, there IS no way to get in).
Keep in mind that you get a yellow notification icon that will appear up under your health and END bars -- simply right-click it to see what Day Job you are eligible for at your location (assuming you're in a Day Job badge area). -
I believe that now your Global list is your Global list, regardless of the specific environment -- but I haven't yet tested that.

Unless I'm reading something wrong or not understanding you, according to the wiki there are 11 customization options (still a lot less than the other blade sets you listed, I hear you there).

Quote:In my experience, if I didn't hit the contact(s) in between EACH mission of the arc, it affected my ability to do so on the important mission, so just to be safe I did so each and every mission, and got the badge no problem.Edit: I don't know if you also have to contact the umm...contact for any of the previous missions to get the badge. I suspect that you don't, but I have never tested it to be sure. To be safe I just call whichever contact I've chosen after each mission I accept from Ross.

This hasn't been true in some years (at least not by design nor consistently, like it used to be).

What exactly are you referring to? I see nothing in the Paragon Market containing either "NPC" or "transformation" (I assume you misspelled that in your post and subject line).

That generally means you already own it. That's how the store currently blocks you from purchasing an item twice.

Quote:I don't agree. The awful and litigious nature of our current courts system is the primary reason for this state (and in a larger sense, the entire legal system).Right, well, this sort of perspective is part of the reason why the current state of IP law is in such a miserable shambles. I realize that very little would be gained in the battle for reasonable IP law by NCSoft (and other companies in a similar position) sticking up for themselves, at great legal expense no doubt, but it is still disheartening nonetheless to see nobody even trying.
It is in no way the responsibility of NCsoft to "police" our law system, and would in fact be financially irresponsible to do so. The responsibility lies with our legislators, the public and anyone connected in any way with the legal system. -
I would say none. Not only is there a question of the salvage received (generally one piece per successful run, with additional bonus badge-earned pieces that can be earned), but the fact that each slot has to be opened by earning the appropriate sort of Incarnate XP. I doubt running the 4 Trials one time only would unlock the 2 higher tier slots (Lore and Destiny), and may or may not unlock the lower 2 (Judgement and Interface). More probably now with Keyes and UGT, but still not a lock.

Quote:That's what I was thinking. There are "Superior" effects down at the bottom listed for some of the ATIO's. So perhaps the small one is for the normal set, and the large for the purple-like 'superior' set?
Though I was more wondering about where the information came from.
Not sure what you mean by "where the information came from". I took the Scrapper set info right out of the game, from the actual IOs you can look up in the in-game AH.
