They're saying it's removed in the current BETA -- which means not yet on the Live servers, but will be shortly.

    Stuck in SSD2

You missed a filing cabinet in a room just to the right of the entrance. Click the middle drawer to open up an exit from that map to another.

It is in my opinion. I always (used to) 4-slot Stamina.

With the advent of the Enhancement Boosters, however, I've been 3-slotting it, using 1 slot for the Performance Shifter proc, and slotting 2 +5 END MOD IOs. Works pretty well, and all I lose is the 2.5% bonus and a tiny bit of bonus from the generic IOs.

Just tested, and indeed it does.

Yeah, this. Random is random, even when it appears especially un-random.

    VIP Downgrade

No, just inaccessible until such time as you are again a VIP.

Seriously, though, there was a change a while back that you keep powers up to FIVE levels above your exemp level. At level 29, you would have the powers you gained at levels 30 and 32.
Oh, derp, that'd be 34, forgot about that. Thanks Iron.

This was not my experience at all. We used Super Speed and Fly quite a bit, and spawned more than enough zombies to get the badge with a few minutes left on the timer.

How can a Stone Tank activate Granite at level 29?
  11. Congratulations! What a great story!

  12. I got this badge a couple of weeks back, and just stood on the roof of the Hospital building (as far as I'm aware, there IS no way to get in).

Keep in mind that you get a yellow notification icon that will appear up under your health and END bars -- simply right-click it to see what Day Job you are eligible for at your location (assuming you're in a Day Job badge area).
  13. I believe that now your Global list is your Global list, regardless of the specific environment -- but I haven't yet tested that.

Unless I'm reading something wrong or not understanding you, according to the wiki there are 11 customization options (still a lot less than the other blade sets you listed, I hear you there).

If you're indirectly going to stealth-quote me, could you at least spell "awful" correctly?

In my experience, if I didn't hit the contact(s) in between EACH mission of the arc, it affected my ability to do so on the important mission, so just to be safe I did so each and every mission, and got the badge no problem.

This hasn't been true in some years (at least not by design nor consistently, like it used to be).
  18. What exactly are you referring to? I see nothing in the Paragon Market containing either "NPC" or "transformation" (I assume you misspelled that in your post and subject line).

This. Rocket Board was my single favorite thing about I21, detoggles and all.
  20. That generally means you already own it. That's how the store currently blocks you from purchasing an item twice.

I don't agree. The awful and litigious nature of our current courts system is the primary reason for this state (and in a larger sense, the entire legal system).

It is in no way the responsibility of NCsoft to "police" our law system, and would in fact be financially irresponsible to do so. The responsibility lies with our legislators, the public and anyone connected in any way with the legal system.

I would say none. Not only is there a question of the salvage received (generally one piece per successful run, with additional bonus badge-earned pieces that can be earned), but the fact that each slot has to be opened by earning the appropriate sort of Incarnate XP. I doubt running the 4 Trials one time only would unlock the 2 higher tier slots (Lore and Destiny), and may or may not unlock the lower 2 (Judgement and Interface). More probably now with Keyes and UGT, but still not a lock.

    That's what I was thinking.

Not sure what you mean by "where the information came from". I took the Scrapper set info right out of the game, from the actual IOs you can look up in the in-game AH.
