Paragon Market 'quantity exceeded' error

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to buy a single e-mote from the paragon market, and I'm getting a "the quantity requested exceeds the current maximum allowed. Please reduce the quantity selected or try again later." How is buying 1 e-mote for 40 points exceeding any amount limits? What's going on with this? Any help would be appreciated.

Ah, that makes sense, but the message could be a bit clearer, or they could gray out the button to prevent me from trying to buy it, lol.

They're "working on it".

I'm trying to purchase the Vanguard Shield for my characters (80 points) and I'm getting the "quantity requested exceeds" message, but I don't already have it.

I have unlocked *some* of the Vanguard pieces on my level 50, but I don't have the Vanguard Shield on any of my characters.

Is there any way I can buy it?

Thanks!

Seems pretty clear to me. You're trying to exceed the quantity of that item you're allowed to purchase. But, yeah, marking them in the store window would be nice.

It's possible that you got the Vanguard Pack as part of the Seven Years of Super Rewards loyalty program they ran earlier this year.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Black Pebble is my new hero.

D'oh! That was the problem.

I wasn't actively playing at the time (but had a paid up account), so I apparently earned the Vanguard Pack without even realising it.

Thanks!
