Not always, in my experience. However, repeat the process and you'll almost always be offered her the second time (rarely I've had to do it thrice).

Null the Gull, located in Pocket D (just outside the Tiki Lounge, on top of the truck).

    Obligatory wiki link: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Null_the_Gull

If I'm not mistaken, the stand-alone badge missions are always at the very bottom of their respective range's list...

I'm sure that somewhere, somehow, this thread has been done before...

Finally if Turg still gets his Paragon Reward anniversary badges a few weeks earlier than his -actual- anniversary then that won't be too bad because at least that'd only be wrong once a year instead of his Vet badges which were wrong 4 times a year.
    Well YOU'RE no fun!

Rogue and Vigilante "Merits" are the ability to play any content either side, something Heroes and Villains are unable to do.

I think Star Geek did something similar, and if I recall, his findings were about the same. Good to continue to hear that my gambling ways are also not totally without merit.
  11. Let's just hope that Turg doesn't get his a week early and Loth have to hear about it...

I added to the crappy workshop-only base to put in a medical center, transport room, and small decorative 'living room'. I cant wait till the others log in and see the changes

I spent this morning collecting badges and salvage to make the teleporters work, I probably wont really decorate it till tomorrow, since I'm going out trick or treating with the kids tonight

But either way, thank you a ton!
Congrats on the new digs, HexDuke!

If you should need any additional inf, please feel free to hit me up anytime.

Why? You don't think someone can play this game for X amount of time and end up with one billion inf at some point?

This likely wouldn't be true, since the Law of Fives uses the bonus NAMES rather than the amounts.

Or, as Agge pointed out above, someone is already doing exactly this.

No need for that as far as I'm concerned, use it however you see fit, bud.

Same here. I think of myself as the "Wal-Mart" of the CoH marketplace.

Very much this. I've done the Trial 8 or 10 times, and have yet to fail getting the 99 zombies + the AV in much less than the allotted time, with completely random teams (usually people wanting the badges or, like Ironblade, wanting the Costume Change Emote).

I agree. That behavior is not consistent with anything working as intended pre- or post-I21.

Oh well, sent in the petition and will see what comes of it. Thanks for the replies!
And you're choosing the option I noted above ("Train to new level of power") and do NOT see the "Change your title" option in that second tree?
  22. Keep in mind that the option has now become buried one level deeper in the Trainer dialog. Choose "Train to a new level of power" and THEN you will see the option to change your title.

Why they chose to do it that way (it's because they added the costume change dialog options, I'm pretty sure) is beyond me.

(And yes, for quite a long time you've been able to change your title whenever you like.)

Um, dunno what you're looking at, but just now I see 8 different level ranges (42-50) of the recipes up for sale, with multipes in each. Heck, the level 50 has 464 for sale currently.
