EBs are fine. Just need to defeat them all.
The trial versions also count for the badge so Anti-matter (only in the Tina arc 40-45) and Siege (only in a mission not in any arc) are not so hard to get anymore if you run the trials.
EB's worked the last time I did this, but it was some time ago.
I was seeing if I could solo my way through the arc, so I dropped my settings to turn them into EBs. Is that cheating?

I duo'ed Maria Jenkin's arc through Oro to help get the badge so I know for a fact they do

For instance if they made a minion ranked version of Anti-Matter, that would count for the badge.
