Not that I'm aware of. I think the above posters suggestions are the most efficient ways to get that info.
You could always go through those posts and create a listing on ParagonWiki or Google Docs to get things started. Of course, to keep it current, you or someone else would need to update it each time new information comes out.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
