Another question that came to my mind reading other threads:
Will I be better with 2 endred IOs on Stamina, instead of 1endrec + ps proc? -
Didnt thought about Sonic Attack, I will have a look at the looks on the character builder.
Why do you say that is primarily a single target set? A quick look at Mids tells me that it has 2 early cones. Do they suck?
I guess that after the first attack, the stacking -res will put sonic damage on par with Ice at least, if not Fire?
BTW, instead of those accs, you could frankeslot Chrono for end/rec and heal/rec (2 and 2, just needs one more slot), or add procs -
Dark Miasma? Gimped? Did the nerd-rage break something on your mind? :P
Sorry, is a bug fix. If you (not Combat, I mean anyone) were using a exploit, you have no right to complain when such bug is fixed.
If this is not about a bug fix, and rather about a set that underperforms, feel free to open a thread stating why and why such sets underperforms, suggestions on how to fix, and whatever -
Good 3 options. I think I have enough recharge (I will discover that at 50), so it will probably be a choice between Vigor (more health, endred, and accuracy sounds great) and Musculature (more damage - nomnomnom)
-
Quote:Is it possible to make it affect the targeted pet, instead?/macro S1! "petselectname SHOVER-01 $$ petsayname SHOVER-01 Mistress, why am I ticking? $$ powexecname Detonator"
Something like:
/macro S1! "petsayname targetedPet Mistress, why am I ticking? $$ powexecname Detonator"
Im used to quickly targeting my pets, so building six macros seems a bit too much -
I cannot load it up now since Im at work, but I can tell you some things:
You dont need pet. gaze. I would take instead a Primary attack. They have a built it -res which is quite handy for bigger mobs
On my Demon/Dark I went Mace Mastery for the shield and power boost
Numina and Miracle procs go in Health.
Stamina wants Perf. Shifter proc, Perf Shifter End Mod, and a third of your choice (a Perf.shifter endmof/something, or a plain endmod IO)
Hell on Earth is underslotted.
Be sure to pick most (if not all) the pet uniques
You still have room for some sets. I will try to post my build when I get home -
What would you choose to go with /Time and why? I bought Time when it was at reduced price and lately I've been itchy to roll a /Time character. I didnt want a controller, so between Corr and Def I guess corr would be the superior option (great support anyway, and better damage? Yes please)
I dont want a weapon set. AR, Archery and Beam Rifle (which I dont even have available) are out of the question, seems that time is very clicky and the redraw may be killer.
I would rule out Dark too, since I already have a D3.
The sets that are calling me the most are Fire and Ice, but I'm open to suggestions. Seems that Fire/Time is the popular choice (maybe TOO popular), so I may be a bit more inclined to Ice. But as I said, I'm open to almost anything
It's been years since I last played a Corr/Def/Blaster. What are the pros and cons of the Blast sets nowadays?
Thanks!
EDIT: Usually I spend a lot of time soloing (or in 2-3 man groups with my close friends), usually only teaming for TFs and an iTrial from time to time. I think I can get capped defenses and perma hasten/chrono shift? -
I have a StJ/WP scrapper (with which Im mirroring your blueside project, but only for SA/badge missions), and is great
-
What would you do? What have you learned in this time as a badger that can be useful for new badgers? How to get track of the badges?
I'm asking this because I really want to start a badger. Probably once I find a character I could call my main :P But The task seems so underwhelming that I need some advice on how to do it.
I know they key is Patience, I dont aim to reach 1k badges in 2 months, probably not in 1 year
(Even though my join date is 2005, I stopped playing around I7 and just came back with Freedom launch...I've been trying to find a main character until now, and I'm still undecided lol) -
Now this is what I call an incarnate necro :P
-
I have a StJ/WP at 26 and is pretty tough and deadly. Also WP gets Quick Recovery which helps before IOs
-
Quote:Is the end of the Striga arc, which you need to unlock Ernesto Hess TF. I just did it this morning, and I didn't get those badges (probably because I stealthed the most of it)I see a arc called return to Vapyr mountain in my future, hopefully that will net me the Vampri badge, and then I just needs some warwolves lol. That will be the Atlas medallion.
But you will get them in the Hess TF, which is a cool one, btw -
I forgot to update this with my new build. I'm still not sure about removing some slotting from Quick Recovery, so I left it as is. Time will say if I can go with less end rec.
Another question: which Alpha would you recommend?

Quote:You should have the kills (or will have in short time) for the Atlas Medallion, which is the first one you will be able to get:I know I am itching to get some more levels on this guy. I also have to start thinking accolades. With all the badges I have collected there should just be a few kill x of y to fill out all possible accolades. I have never hung around Blueside enough to know. All my accoladed characters are Red.
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Received...edallion_Badge
Next one will probably be the TF Commander: just do all the signature Task Forces:
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Task_Force_Commander_Badge
The last 2 will take you some time: killing a bunch of AVs, or 100 fake nemesis

Radiation Emission. I have tried it several times. I know its powerful. It feels powerful when playing. Just...I cannot bear with it. Dont ask me why, because I dont know :P
-
IIRC, a long time ago (Pre City of Villains) there was a lowbie story arc that was somehow different for each Origin
-
Keep the updates coming!
Im in the level 20-24 range and I must agree with you: there is A LOT to do (and Im only doing Story arcs/badge missions). As I said, running at -1 helps speeding, as well as that nice Celerity proc in Sprint
A temp power I also recommen is buying the Market Teleport each time you burn it. Yes, you may have Ouro+base, but having more porters to quickly move around is never bad -
If I kill the EB version for the Portal Jockey accolade (for example), will I get credit? Or do I need to kill the AV version?
Also, whatever the answer is, is the same for every badge/accolade?
Thanks! -

Quote:Thanks! Is that the full list? I guess that as a hero, I get to do all of them, except the villain one, right?http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/First_Ward
The individual story arcs are in various states of completeness for the contacts, but that's at least a list of them. -
Quote:I'll do that. I will also probably set my missions at -1/x1, since I guess I will have to stop my xp gains every range, this will allow me to run a bit quickerHere is another thing that helps. do 4 Death From Below Sewer runs. The 3 badges are cool, but the 4 temp powers that last until 22 are great.

Is there any guide which lists all the First Ward contacts and/or story arcs?
Thanks! -
Just play at your own pace, explore, enjoy. Join a few global channels for your server if you want to try a TF/SF. There should be a list on Paragon Wiki
You can always go back to do any TF/SF, story arc, or whatever, so dont worry about outlevelling stuff, but dont rush neither
