Darkest Night, Radiation Infection, Enervating Field? I'd assume as much in the context of debuff toggles.
-
Oh, so that was the t9 power. I kind of assumed it'd be the equivalent of typhoon's edge for dual blades. All is well with me, then. I'm thinking pistols/kinetics corrupter would be pretty satisfying.
-
I just rolled a traps/ice, and it looks promising. A lot better for soloing than my son/rad.
It'd be neat if defenders got a type of devices epic pool. -
I've long considered making a tanker named "empathy defender," but alas - the name is no longer available.
-
I usually manually click PB because there are times where an extra attack would've been better. Just a timing thing, give or take a few punches.
-
I like teleport quite a bit, but only plan to take it on characters with quick recovery or something along those lines.
-
It's a nice idea. There's a lot of little details that would have to be addressed, however. Like what happens to all the contacts you've already done missions for?
-
Yeah, that was a lot of fun. I was surprised at how much damage we were all doing.
-
I think I'd like time bomb a lot more if it could be triggered early, kind of like how you can light TA's oil slick.
-
Despite my router doing its best to thwart my plans, I managed to get a bit of leveling in. I finally got Frozen Aura on my tanker!
-
Yeah, good combo.
Hasten is 70% some of the time, lightning reflexes is 20% all of the time. It's more of a personal preference thing. I'd just go with LR, personally.
Yes. Procs are nice in fault.
Hurl boulder isn't too special, and I've heard of people skipping power surge (but they likely had aid self and tough). -
That's really been debated a lot, whether /ice would suck for fury building. As it is right now, it'd be just about as bad as spines with its -recharge. My guess is that both ice sets were pulled because of how ice melee was back then.

I like the flavor of 1%...
But imagine a fury clone that gave a crit chance instead of a direct damage buff. -
I assumed he was referring to the lack of a single target attack chain... for a long time.

Once you've gotten accustomed to the range of the acid mortar, you can lay it just outside of the enemy's range, and it'll take the alpha for you and your pets. It's pretty resilient.
-
...really? I know that you can make zombies vomit any colors you want. It would seem like that would be easy to do for lasers, as well. Strange.
-
Hmm... I think I'd roll an Ice/Shield brute, if I could.
-
That sort of thing also happens in some of the missions in the 20-30 range, fighting the miners/dockworkers. Especially on a team, there's going to be a lot of burn patches everywhere.
-
Yeah. It's one of the reasons I'd pick spines in the first place, besides them looking so good now.
-
Wait, I'm confused. The ammount of damage a damage aura does isn't as important as if it kills something?
-
I'm not sure if it's possible to use different geometry as options for an armor toggle -- we've only seen different textures on the same stuff so far -- but if it's possible, I'd imagine there will be a bunch of really awesome options for granite.
I'd be all over that. -
Lookin' good, except your status protection is at level 49.

I'm trying to put a build together myself, and it feels like I have one power too many. Anyways:
1. Over time, it'll provide more damage than your attacks if I recally correctly. Stacking it with quills will be that much better.
2. It's mostly a personal preference thing, though grounded will only work when on the ground. So if it bothers you that when jumping around in a fight, you get knocked back, consider taking acrobatics or finding one of those -knockback IOs. With TP you'd be vulnerable for a split second after you move in.
3. I don't know spines too well, but for /elec it's straight forward resists. For energize, probably 3 heals and 3 recharge (I think it'll be a very important power). I prefer one accuracy, and 2 endreds minimum in damage auras.
