  1. well an energy.sr would have been mint before the nerf.

    to stop getting AS from stakers then a damage aura is great, like the 2 on /ice tanks, /elec brutes /fire etc.

    it realky screws stalkers over.

    /wp is good but mine gets detoggled when I get mezzed or end drainec then I get owned lol.

    stone does nice ST damage so not a bad toon, but some toons will jus smash you, but don't let it put you off.

    get a nice build an practice/stick with it. mayybe cya online later
  2. The most popular pvp toons atm are.

    ss/ice tank
    elec/therm corrupter
    resistance based stalkers.
    a soft capped /SR scrapper brute etc.
    an some blasters but I dunno which ones, I hate the buggers hehe.

    i'll be online around 7pmish tonight we can head into RV if you want i'll give you some tips.

    there's quite a lot to lrn but if you build your tank right it should be cappable.

    i'll bring my farm /elec brute which will give you an idea an ill exsplains power choices etc

  5. obviously as times passed I play melee now over anything because I prefer being up front.

    but after 3 brutes, i've finally foundd the most fun to play imo. dm/sr was my first, the pure st damage led to a ss/wp an after that was to easy an I got better in mids, I rolled a ss/elec my main set for recharge with a kin power surge is perma love it. I die A LOT but my god with 112% recharge without hasten its very nice imo.

    sadly my level 45 widow will be my most exspensive build an deffinatly very fun.
  6. Even though i'm not in the handprints (i'm on bail as i wound everyone up sayin i farmed but any thats another story)

    So yeah i was in the handies, an they never ever farmed, the prestige was from shear TFs etc an just a general consencious throughout the SG to stay in SG mode.

    Great SG i have to say, but they are jealous because i'm better than them (that was a joke spiff so dont go jumping down my neck as usual please hunny bunch)

    but yeah they deserve No1 for sure

  14. Ahh sweet, that really is pimped, my current build, doesn't have aidself, and doesn't rely on mindlink to get soft cap, but in doing this i think i've gimped myself.

    i didn't pick eviserate or dart burst because of longer recharge/animation. But again it leaves me with less powerful attacks, i'll load the build onto mids when i get home an really check it out, overall this looks very nice, nice ammount of +recharge.

    BUT no smoke grenade? say whaaat :P

  15. Yeah it's the Grav set which was bought when i dropped my first Hecatomb on a LGTF I picked up 3 gravs for 15mill each last week, an was given the hold

    I have the numina an regenerative tissue but they we're only 35mill each aswell

    Crushing impacts, possitrons etc we're dropped with tickets, and i think the devastation an impervium armours we're what cost me the most. Oh an i dropped an LOTG +recharge with merits xD from ITF.

    i probably spent 600mill on him, but i got everything cheap as i say, he's worth over a bill though, MA made the recipes dirt cheap, an with salvage easily bought with tickets it was great.

    Prices of recipes an rare salvage is rising again though, an white salvage is settling down thank god



    (Vald could i see a build of your Widow dude, i created mine on monday, really need to find a nice build, he's my next project but i'm unsure on softcapping etc, sorry to go of topic btw.)

  16. I don't buy an sell on the market, it's too time intensive, but since i14 it's even easier to slot charachters now especially vill side.

    My last project a ss/elec took 2 weeks to fully slot including one set of purps, lotgs numinas etc, without swapping money from other toons onto it.

    I'm not farming, just buying an selling what i drop, an i'm on my way to a full completion "quasi perma godmode" on him.

    otherwise i can't pay a million lmao, as im skint on test.

    I'd be interested in teams or solo, i'd need a week or too to build a decent pvp build though, as my /elec is built for Aoe.

    I'll ask around later see if any of the Brutal killers would be interested, i'm pretty sure people like arkive an embrace will be, i'd imagine there in RV tonight actually.
