Thanks SF I've been having fun with the list merge today and yesterday but got a time slot down for friday to do the 3rd and 4th missions of the arcs.
There is no rush to send me your character since i have the placeholders there at the moment, but i do agree that this is what AE was designed for.

My punctuation is nowhere near the best but i honestly feel the general story and progression of the arc is quite good.

The invasion itself was ok, i gave up after about an hour though since with no badge and no real reward it was just basically bashing. Im all for mayhem and carnage but a bit of a reward would have been nice, even it was just a shard/thread for every kill.

Remember to ask which global channels you should join on your new servers people!

I've currently created a Shocker Damz [grav/storm] on freedom but i wont have much time to play him tonight since the invasion is on union in roughly 2 hours.

funny thing was, we had a full team almost instantly on freedom and . . . . it was mostly EU players!

First i was called @damz . . . . . now i am known as @eu-damz

The Praetorian invasion event is on Union tonight from 6pm [bst] until 9pm [bst]! No word on what the invasion will be like but since we're the first server to get this, lets make it a good one!

Yup correct, infact a lot of us got a whole lot better playing experience from it

Only got about 4 spare slots for channels you see and so need to pick wisely

Sals is one of the most well known badgers on union and he created a channel when there was a lot of problems going on [at the time] with Union Badgehunters, basically a lot of people went from the UB to sals and its one of the main resources union uses now to organise anything badge related.

Not sure what your chat channels are like but union chat is one of my favourite channels ever simply because . . . . . . well i like to chat a lot

Cant think of any others straight away but those 3 [plus the roleplayers] are the main channels that union uses

12 hour downtime and 6 hours forum downtime . . . . . . may we all hold hands and make it through this dark day, a day where there are no heroes.

We came across another bug and thus no list merge as of yet . . . . however as to make up for 12 hours downtime heres a week long rikti invasion!

You should all join the channel Union Chat, we have so many different topics going on at once that if you go afk for 2 mins you have to catch up to the new topic being talked about!

In my opinion a little moderation is needed in the form of a little PM, however some heavy handed moderation should never be tolerated unless its a private channel. Public channels like badges and taskforces WILL get a tiny bit of off topic banter now and then but imo it is fine UNTIL somebody wants to use the channel for its actual use, then it should be taken to off topic channels.

Hello everybody, currently on the global channel Union Chat a few of us have decided to create an arc to celebrate the server list merge next week.

Here is the story:

• The UDF [Union Defence Force which is based of vanguard, longbow, paragon police and actual heroes] is on high alert for the invading NA players that will be coming soon after getting intel that they plan to take over the server [world].
• First mission - You are set off to atlas park where two of the UDF members [members of the channel union chat] is currently on patrol within the area with some of the UDF forces. Upon arriving there you see that they are attacking all super powered beings. Being forced to take them down you find out that they are being controlled and its not until they are almost dead do you find out who the enemies are [UIF forces ambush you at 50% health] and that the invasion had already begun.
• With the invasion already underway now and after only just protecting atlas, you are sent on a rescue mission to Eden where some heroes are currently fighting against some UIF members who are trying to control Eden. Your mission is to go there and free the heroes and convince them to join the UDF and push back the invading forces from Eden.

Now thats the first two missions so far in simple form, however what i would like to ask is for some NA players to let themselves be used as characters in our arc. We are currently using actual player names + cossie codes for the heroes representing Union and would like some NA players to be used as actual invasion leaders.
If you would like to be a part of this [the actual arc had possitive feedback so far in test form] could you please say and pass on your cossie code, name and powersets wanted for the boss.

Yeah is may 10th classed as a 12 hour downtime or just the window when it'll go live?
