I could get in on this... when the servers come back up, I'll choose one of my "official" characters to send ya. If you feel like using him, great... but if not, that's cool as well. Would like to give you an optional choice tho.
I feel this is one thing lacking with A/E...
Yea, attempts at official canon are cool and all... as are arcs regarding your origin or whatnot...
But this is also an MMO... a community... and authors should be encouraged to try and include other players creations into their arcs if possible to improve plays on their arcs. I, myself, am trying to get away from the "self indulgent" mindset.
Also, if you're not aware... I started up a contest a while back with a very similar idea of sorts ----> Global Character Contest that runs until July 4th, 2011 and still looking for submissions.

I've been having fun with the list merge today and yesterday but got a time slot down for friday to do the 3rd and 4th missions of the arcs.
There is no rush to send me your character since i have the placeholders there at the moment, but i do agree that this is what AE was designed for.
My punctuation is nowhere near the best but i honestly feel the general story and progression of the arc is quite good.

Eden eh? That's the "birthplace" of my Plant/Emp character on Virtue, I can send you on the cossie file & details later via PM and you can use her if you like. My Elec/NRG domi has a strong Praetorian look-and-feel to them as well.

Hello everybody, currently on the global channel Union Chat a few of us have decided to create an arc to celebrate the server list merge next week.
Here is the story:
- The UDF [Union Defence Force which is based of vanguard, longbow, paragon police and actual heroes] is on high alert for the invading NA players that will be coming soon after getting intel that they plan to take over the server [world].
- First mission - You are set off to atlas park where two of the UDF members [members of the channel union chat] is currently on patrol within the area with some of the UDF forces. Upon arriving there you see that they are attacking all super powered beings. Being forced to take them down you find out that they are being controlled and its not until they are almost dead do you find out who the enemies are [UIF forces ambush you at 50% health] and that the invasion had already begun.
- With the invasion already underway now and after only just protecting atlas, you are sent on a rescue mission to Eden where some heroes are currently fighting against some UIF members who are trying to control Eden. Your mission is to go there and free the heroes and convince them to join the UDF and push back the invading forces from Eden.
Now thats the first two missions so far in simple form, however what i would like to ask is for some NA players to let themselves be used as characters in our arc. We are currently using actual player names + cossie codes for the heroes representing Union and would like some NA players to be used as actual invasion leaders.If you would like to be a part of this [the actual arc had possitive feedback so far in test form] could you please say and pass on your cossie code, name and powersets wanted for the boss.
