As a person on fire it fits the concept perfectly imo, maybe raise the stats a bit higher but would seem a bit wierd if a wall of fire doesnt reduce fire damage to you.
The power imo should be something like 30% fire resist and -15% cold resis (a small drawback to fit concepts). -

After all it surely cannot be a coincidence that we get temporal power scaling ONLY while using good old mender silos crystals and no scaling whatsoever when using the midnight squads crystal is it?
Surely it isnt a *you know what* plot to stop us going so far back/forward to find out his true purpose and reveal him as NOT the saviour of the world (the title which he craves) -

They give you more of the background to Cimerora, and more of the characters of the area, and more of the characters in the Midnight Squad, and more of the background on who they are. So it's a lot of cool stuff for the people who are really into the storylines.

So judging from that interview issue 13/14 are going to be more QOL/power changes/SMALL story advances whereas issue 15 will be the main story advancement? Least we'r getting some hints as to WHO "they" are in these new missions. Heres hoping that theyr an actual new enemy group rather than a recycled existing one (although i'll be happy with shivans/nictus teams anyday).

Hmmmm loose ends . . . . .. . . . only storylines that i could think of that would make semi-sense would be
*Rikti invasion/war
*Rularuu/shadow shard
*Why its taking those builders so long to build a launch pad
*The link (if any?) between midnight squad/ouroboros

Iv been in the creative forums about once or twice the entire time iv been in the game, but when that mission creator comes out (with custom enemies now xD woohoo!!! dream come true!!!) im going to use it to the max!!!! xD
I always thought creative forum was to put your own videos/artwork etc up, not to discuss personal missions (which deserve their own forum section now imo).

I think this has more to the fact that a lot of players were getting restless about no new information and they kind of had to tell us that the mission creator wasnt in issue 13 as soon as possible. After all could you imagine the outrage if it hit open beta and people found no custom missions?

Has anybody come across this in the wild before? Been street sweeping in the storm palace last few days (omg the inf/drops are *drools*) and came across this enemy.
Has no attacks, cant be killed (has "unaffected" when attacked) and has an awesome buff/debuff. If you get close to it it does an attack called
*Malice - this attack (according to the greater numbers on its figures) does +50% to hit for 12 mins and -100% defence for 12 mins.
First time iv come across this and just wondering if this is new and if it isnt . . . . . how come we dont have more stationary buffs/debuffs throughout the zones? (CoT crystals dont count ok) Just a neat little thing that got me a bit excited hehe xD
Edit: Just checked paragon wiki and its not even on therethey have destruction and hatred monuments but not this one. I name this enemy ummmmm Candy ball!!! xD

The community and our dev/mods are the reason this game has lasted so long. Has a family feel to it xD -
Yeah i only lasted from bout 7ish till half 8, know im new to pvp but expected to last at least 2 seconds per fight
Still had fun ^_^ pvp toon is slowly lvlin up and once its done . . . .. . . . then you'll have to use TWO hands to take me down!!! -

Iv done it quite a few times and helped others do it. Nothing wrong with it imo, makes your new characters life much easier.

Well since my new "experiment" toon is a cold/* defender (team him up!! Iced Brain!! you know you wanna!!) i think im starting to find out his weaknesses.
By himself if the going gets tough and the team is over their heads then there isnt really anything he can do about it unlike an emp/dark/rad/kin who can heal from their primary/secondary.
But thats the difference between certain sets.
*Some sets like cold, FF, sonic prevent damage ever being done to you, however if the damage does get through then there isnt much the player can do about it (which of course pool powers come into effect but we wont count those yet). Like you said a team/duo of colds (as an example) will hardly need a heal but your then sacrificin high dmg for higher def.
*Other sets however like rad/kin/thermal/emp are best based for teams that WILL need a heal/buff once in a while (example red/purple con mobs and AVs) and are therefore more desirable than the other sets in these situations.
I dont think there is ANY god mode set/power in the game, yes there are very powerfull sets in certain situations but even they have weaknesses. Granite armour used to be considered God mode but put a granite against psy clockwork and well . . . . . so much for that theory. -

Bit dissapointed my new cold/psy defender isnt quite high enough yet for sirens
Once again thanks to the player who gave me pvp advice in RV the other night and advised me to make a cold/psy defender, from the looks of things the -recharge alone looks deadly ^_^.
Btw for cold/ i cant see any powers that are skippable apart from the +stealth (cant remember name off the top of my head) power, all the others essential? -
cold/* defenders ROCK!!!! Cant wait to get high enough to be able to start slotting it properly.

Said before and i'll keep saying it xD Love this game because there are so many different real life characters in the game that no matter what team your on, its going to be a different experience. Set up my own team earlier to do missions from lvl 1 (i hate doing sewers, missions are more interactive) and we had such a bllassstttt!!! I love PUG's in the game!
Also set up a lvl 50 PUG the other day and THEY asked me can we just go hunt monsters on monster island for the sake of it! I admit at first i was like "eh wa?" but had another great time! Now im just looking to see what other random things i can do ingame xD

(seriously again how does the tank die more than the blasters?) AFAIK the list is still the same, was a good laugh the first 10 levels (one of those awww cant we continue? teams) and really looking forward to how we do in posi xD
