  1. This is definitely relevant to my scrapper interests. Or am I in the wrong forum?

On an ITF, I put DN on Rom during the PC attack then went to work on smashing the PC. After the robots go down, Rom wasn't around, but my DN toggle was still on, so I knew he was still alive because the toggle turns off when the target dies. Then the leader complained, 'Somebody put sh*t on him. Stop making him run away.'
I look around and see Rom at the foot of the tall metal building with the leader. I explain to him that I have DN on him and that it's a to-hit debuff. And replies, 'Turn it off, it aint helping.'
I turn it off and read the power description in between missions. Nowhere in it says that it does fear. Am I missing something?
Romulus will naturally run around unless you have someone actively keeping him aggroed (Shield Scrappers are so good for this). Your DN was not at fault.

ill be out of town on the 27th, not sure about anyone else though.
  5. When you get home I would post your build. It's pretty hard to say which is better without seeing the build. On a fire/MM build you will want your AoE attacks though, as you mentioned general gameplay.

  7. Cool idea Neuronia.

Reminds me I really should do something about my own base storage *looks at his stash of over 100 purples*

    First 50?

My first 50 was a ninja/dark MM, and as fun as he was at the time, I hate him now and never want to play him. Ever.

But yeah, as others have said, play what you like and what you can have fun with and getting to 50 will be much easier.

For right now I've given up trying. I spent another 2.5 hours trying to get the badge with no luck the other day. Thats almost 5 hours trying to get this badge, which is just ridiculous. I really don't know what I am doing wrong. Either the GMs come through on my petition (and I think they've forgetten about it ><) or I wait until it gets fixed in the far off future, since I don't really want to waste more time with it.

Thanks for trying though SS. Appreciate it.
  10. At a quick glance, RotP could probably give up 2 slots unless you plan on dieing 7-15 seconds sooner. 1 slot could go to Fire Cages and either slot it 5 posis w/ proc + grav anchor proc, or the 5 grav anchors + posi proc. Flares is overslotted imo, Blaze could use another slot. Steadfast res/def wouldnt hurt too.

Still, all it does is lengthen the time it takes to get all people the badge -- you just keep at it until everyone who wants it has it.
I also have found that Swiss Draw bugs out regardless of what people do. Of 7 or so arena matches my badger was unable to advance in any of them, everyone else got the badge of course and I went home with nothing. This really needs to be fixed.

    Arena Badges

Yeah, me n my 5 accounts lol, and of course I didnt get the badge. The petition I sent possibly won't get me the badge either, it seems pretty iffy. Game is hella bs.
  14. Fire Melee is beastly at low levels for the FSCpwn. Cremate and Incin are great ST dps too.

As for switching the sets in dominate and TD, I can see that as being wise. I will have to do that when I finally implement a build.
Damage Procs almost always increase the average damage of a power. For example, in your build Fire Breath does 281.5 damage, If I replaced the acc/dmg Posi (since Fire Breath has an accuracy bonus, it doesnt really need the extra acc), with a Posi Proc the average damage goes up to 292.1.

Blaze: Your slotting provides 514.7 dmg, If you took the Apoc: dmg out the average damage of using the Proc instead would raise that to 530. Or Even Higher to 545.1 if you added a dmg/range hami 6th slot into Blaze (which I would reccomend)

Adding the Purple Proc into Dominate raises the average damage from 99 to 134.
  17. People who don't know how to use inspirations. Or in some cases, those that are "too lazy" to use them.

Missing frequently at 95% hit chance.

    Slow Pace.

    Tanks.

    Energy Blast.

    i19 not being out yet.
  18. Lack of a solid answer is pretty depressing.

    It's rech/heal/stun, ie a great choice for /EM too.

I didn't even think of the Spiritual Alpha Slot affecting Health, haha, thats a pretty nice bonus.
  21. Any particular reason you aren't using any damage procs?

    Arena Badges

I /still/ *grumbles* need these badges, please let me know when you plan to do them.
  23. Long long long time ago I vendored an Apocalypse (can't remember which). Since then I basically craft my purples asap after getting them.

Thankfully I've never done the G/D mix up, probably because I pay so much attention to that, I have envisioned it happening many times D:
