Another I just thought of... what is up with the whole Blood of the Black Stream? Connected to the oil spill shaped Eye of Horus in the water off of Port Oaks?
-
Yep, check the billing summary. Mine still says next billing date 17 SEP 2012.

I have managed to hold it together all day... misty eyed a few times. But reading this did it.
I miss those days when Cuppa was around. -
I tried to make Maus in DCUO, and well... can't have ears without a tail over there. So... ;shrug.

I am very worried about this. My current sub runs out on 17 Sep. What does that mean? Do I lose VIP status before the game shuts down?

Things I've been wondering:
1. What do the Battalion look like? What was the coming storm? (We know what it turned out to be.)
2. Truth about Praetorian Recluse. Is it simply he was killed by Cole before drinking from the well?
3. Praetorian Nemesis? Clockmaker that died of old age?
4. What were the plans for the unreleased Incarnate powers? Just what did Omega do? Had you figured it out yet?
5. What is the whole story with Nemesis, Oranbega, and such. Was Mender Silos really trying to help? Or just another Nemesis plot?
I'll try to think of others I have 6 year old twins to put to bed. -
Thank you Freitag. I always thought it was nice that at least one person on the team could understand my character's name.
I wish you the best. -
Zwill, thanks. And thanks to the entire DEV and Community team.
-
I really liked those articles. That was a great time in the City.
-
Thank you Virtue. I had a lot I thought I might say. But, is difficult for me now.
For a lot of RL reasons this has been an exceptionally hard year for me. City of Heroes has always been a place that helped me deal with everything.
I've no idea what to say. -
I have no idea what to say. I started in CoH beta. I always said I'd be here till they shut the servers down and kicked me off. I just didn't think it would be now.
Thank you DEVs. I have given feed back both positive and negative. But I've always loved the game.
I wish all of the Paragon Studios team and their families the very best. I hope you all find a place that makes you happy.
Oh... and thanks for all the fish. -
And... I would like it if the red email indicator would change back to the normal color once we've read all our emails. If you have something you want to keep for a short time it always looks like you have new mail. I hate that.

Quote:I have to agree. If we can only have one I want the new version. You can make the new version look like the old version (looks like you can). But to me this makes these pieces something I can now use. Please put in the new version of Celestial.I strongly agree. While I'm ordinarily in favor of more options, if these are the only two, I would rather have the new version. Not only does the new version match parts from other sets more closely, but the Celestial pieces in it match other Celestial pieces better. The main thing that's kept me from using this set more is that I can't get, say, the gloves to take the same color as the chestplate, even if I set them to the same color in the creator's palette.

I think that is awesome. Just a reminder what an awesome community this game has.

I tried to edit my post above. I kept getting an error and logged out when I tried.
Paragon Wiki has a great time line. See it here.
Sorry for too many posts. -
Quote:I usually see them referenced as Rikti War and Rikti Invasion. I have seen them as 1st and 2nd Invasion too.Not necessarily. The Rikti War is also often referred to as the "First Rikti Invasion". (The second being the I10 RWZ revamp event, and the subsequent invasions at the end of LGTF aren't really referenced in official lore.)
Paragon Wiki even describes them as such (I know not a canon source).
Rikti War
Rikti Invasion
On those links it does use the words Invasion. But, War and Invasion I think are the best description of the two events. -
Quote:This is the best time line I've found. Unfortunately it only goes till 2002 describing the Rikti War. You can click on the timeline and it will take you to pages with more detail.Wish we had a time line for all of that stuff. Like when did Faultline happen?
I see some folks type faster than I do. lol
There were no responses when I started to type my first post. Of course I provided links. lol. -
Spoilers below (just because somebody would be upset if I didn't say that).
Here are some pages to read:
The Hollows
Eden
Rikti War Remember the Rikti War is different than the Rikti Invasion. Rikti war was in 2002, Rikti Invasion started during Issue 10.
I don't see a date attached to the Eden article. But Paragon Wiki is still always the best place to start.
You can use the above as a starting place. You can find articles on Trolls, Hamidon, Devouring Earth. Great stuff really. I can get lost just reading pages on Paragon Wiki. -
I have to agree with a few posters above. If this is anything like the Nemesis invasion, then for me it is a pass.
The double xp part is great. Just need something more than watching a slide show invasion thing. -
I still want to see the Clockwork fortress that somebody pitched. That idea was just amazing.
Brilliant, just brilliant. I just wish it could be made. -
I checked the program folders and didn't find it. So... I guess I don't have it installed.
So installing what I have installed didn't put it on my system.
;shrug -

Quote:Is this a hidden program? I can't find it when I go to Control Panel Programs. As someone else pointed out, Cryptic does use Pando (at least for Star Trek Online, Google search seems to indicate also for Champions), so I wouldn't be surprised if more than a few of us have it installed because of either of those games (I have Star Trek Online installed, hence my earlier confusion).
I have STO and CO installed. So if not through the control panel how does one figure out if Pando is installed? -
Just had this go through my head and thought of this thread.
How about
