We will agree to disagree on the definition of waste. It is a shame that they won't be overclocking but... but, the hydro cooler will reduce the temperature even further than the stock cooler. The bounds don't need to be pushed to make it worth while.

It is not the best use of cash... correct. I think your build is on target without a CPU cooler... I even suggest following that guideline.

Waste I don't agree with,... adding it when you are not going to utilize it I don't agree with. The best use of cash... no. I am just saying its not a "waste" just because you are not pushing it to the limit. It will keep his stock CPU cooler. It is a good cooler that stays out of the way.

I am going to disagree with Hyper on the Hydro cooler. I wouldn't just call it a waste of cash... it will keep even a stock processor cooler than the generic cooler that may come with your processor. The hydro series cooler also places the vast majority of the weight on the case and especially for a first build that is much more comforting than a brick hanging off your mobo. Many large after market coolers block taller RAM sticks from being used because the fancy heat spreads won't fit under the cooler, the hydro series in my experience has been a great product. Things to consider though the mounting to the CPU could be confusing so read and understand before installing... also the recommended direction for the fans pull air into the case not exhaust.

But with some minor tweaking you can get Hyper rig under 2k... I would suggest some thing along his build.

The psu Awesome mentioned is actually a tad smaller than the one that came with your computer so you should be ok. I can find no other retention device for the PSU... (doesn't rule it out, I just can't find one) Father was just commenting one the size.

If I was to get a 550w power supply at around that price... on sale I would suggest either the xfx core edition or the antec bp550 either should be a more efficient solution. If you like the Ultra it should work for you... but the lack of efficiency would keep it out of a top choice for me.

Agriculture in the tank forums...? Any way I guess it will take some time. It seems as though less "leaders" are explaining new content to include small things like league chat. It may take time before you get your badge.

On one hand I really think it is not good for the pvp community where the devs do those threads about "what did you like about pvp?" especially when we have no commitment of change. On the other hand the silence since the last thread and our absence from the ustream chat is about to break this camels back.

I think Phoenix is right, its about time for a yes or no. But.... I don't think its about red names don't care, its prolly a policy issue... sad, it really is time I wish someone would hear the pain and act.

For some reason that reminded me of a situation... I once went through a logical and fairly well thought out plan with a person "of power". I knew I made a decent case when I got, "What do you think we are going to let you guys do what you want?" That or just a major superiority complex...

I ran vs. the greatest spread of baddies that I could across all difficulty settings. So yes I also faced them. When I play with my little experiments I try and get the best cross section as possible.

I actually ran max defense on my ice/, I was over 60% s/l/e/n and had the toggle from red side soul... although watching it work with chilling 'e was neat because of the -dam but the additional -acc was not noticeable, it was seriously disappointing. I run about every possible combination for tanking on my ice/ just because I like in game testing vs. computer spreads etc. Max defense had to be the biggest let down of all builds for me. Clicking EA added even more defence but again I noticed no real benefit over 45% no matter the content.

For me this was a much better mids experiment than was in game.

A simple fix swap stealth for weave... it will take more power selections but is worth it imo for what you want.

Maybe that situation is rare... but plenty of players need certain criteria to be met before starting things.... oh well like Garent said better for you most likely as that player may have wanted the entire mish to run with exact rules followed.

Is the power fun? Sure, if you like snipe! I like body armor especially with inherent fitness auto power single slotted for 10% s/l why not? Back that with surveillance, it only benefits the entire team plus -res and -def can "act" as a build up.

True assault rifle has no aim but isnt the base acc a bit higher to begin with? Now that does not make up for the dam buff but... remember just because the rifle is in your shoulder does not qualify as using the sights for every shot.

Targeting drone, give it all its benefits. It is a constant tohit buff not a few shots every recharge cycle. It also resists tohit debuff and adds perception. Sure it has all the negatives but its not just a watered down aim.

I find the lrm fun but that depends on the way you play.
