    Most users experienced an increase in quality once the servers were moved to the US from Germany. This is believed to have be tied to the main trunk from Germany being weak to the rest of the EU. This would have been 6 months or so ago. Maybe even 12.

    If you are in a non raid zone, or in an instance, I would definetly say it's broken. In a raid with 50 other heros, it's par for the course. Not ideal sure, but normal.

    Quick Question

    I think, although I may be wrong, that the toon needs to be either a hero or a villian and not a preatorian. So if your level 26 toon began in Praetoria then it won't unlock them.

    There have been a number of threads and posts regarding this. Most people seem to have recieved emails about it though.

    It's possible that someone has created it for listeners over there. This might be a case of talking to the owner and seeing if they can be merged.

    Pretty much what Aett has said above regarding the code. I think Bill has some copypasta on this that will likely turn up sooner or later.

    I don't see your point regarding the SG's. Why is this a problem? And seeing as there is a limit on the number of members limiting SG's would make it harder to get into one. Also, there aren't as many heroes in comics as in this game, so maybe we should make it harder to make characters too?

    OK, another issue with the PvP in zone is that there are different rules on the powers in PvP zones to in PvE zones. Which do you use?

    Finally, I think you missed my point about the LGTF. If you run one now, onces it's over a random zone in game is given a Rikti invasion. If you turn in Halloween salvage there is a chance a zombie invasion will be triggered.
  19. Pretty much all been expressed before:

    1: How do you attack? How do your passengers attack? How does your car get over water? Or up a building? What if you crash? It would be a mammoth task, and probably not easily achieved without rewriting parts of the engine.

    2: Solo SG's are a way to gain a base, or lair, for the hero. Most heroes have a base. Batman and Robin were a duo SG really.

    3: There are many missions that take you into the other city, just into instances, not zones. Most people prefer this.

    4: Been suggested... and no thankyou. I don't PvP and don't want a way for anyone to bother me outside of PvP zones to do it. This isn't a heavily PvP orientated game.

    5: Yeah, you and me both.

    6: You mean like how finishing a LGTF triggers a rikti invasion? Or turning in halloween salvage can trigger a zombie one? I'd be OK with a few more, so long as they aren't to easy to trigger.

    Yeah, it's a bit hard to judge from the Wiki and Mids as they only show the values (that I could find) not the name, which the rule of 5 applies to.

    That is NOT an exception to the rule. As shown in the Wiki quote above that is because the name of the bonuses are different. This is the way the rule works and apply to other situations, such as the one above where the 2 powers have the same value but a different name so they will stack.
  23. It is the NAME of the bonus that matters. Not the values. The Wiki and Mids shows the values, but not the name of the bonus and also shows them as seperate bonuses when they could be one. This was shown in the Info Screen but was removed and I'm not sure if it was replaced. It's possible, as Tetsuke said above, that the differing defence values makes the whole bonus different.

    What I don't understand is why AT modifiers aren't applied to these powers. Blasters excell at damage, it's what they do. Their top powers SHOULD outdamage the other AT's. Sure, Scrappers and Stalkers should be a close second, but Tanks shouldn't be able to generate as much. If AT modifiers were applied to the powers, you still get the cool wow factor, you still have a power that is awesome, just a blaster overkills by even more than usual. Same for the other slot with Buffs (I don't remember which), a 'fenders power SHOULD be more effective than the blasters.

    I'm in two minds about having different powers per AT, and I think I'm leaning towards Alpha's side, but I do believe the strenghts of the AT's should be applied.
