    I find it usually does Knockback instead of Knockdown; mobs go flying out of the caltrop patch :/

    It's never been clear how the -hp works. Supposedly it was a -percentage and/or -150; whichever was lower. I'm not certain if this is true, or if AV's are effected by it at all
  6. Ice powers primarily slow your enemy; including recharge. Right out of the gate Ice slows down how quickly you can build fury. Yes, when you attack, you build fury, but also when enemies attack you.

    It was a common grievance in CoV beta, and it was pulled. No remedy was every developed, and it remains out of the hands of Brutes.

    It once could be enhanced, but only on certain AT's. It has since been 'fixed' to be un-enhanceable.

    But, I always take it; for the DDR and the RDR.

    I suppose it's possible the proc is suppressing its own KD; as it suppresses existing KB in any power.

    Knockdown is just Knockback of magnitude under 1.0

    If the enemies have any KB protection, it won't knock them down.

  13. In regards to Body Armor; adding other damage type would be great. I still think the Smashing/Lethal should remain highest, and thematically Psi should be omitted.

    Where are you getting this information? Only the tier 3 cone attacks are getting a range boost.

    Actually, Howl is the Tier 3 attack that will be boosted to 80 ft. Shout is Tier 5 and will stay unchanged.

    The Sirens of the Talons of Vengeance have a music/notes FX for their sonic powers. I would LOVE to have that available for my Sonic/Sonic Defender "The Musician"; Those FX would make a lovely alternate animation for Sonic Blasts, and possibly Sonic Resonance.

    ATO's can only be turned into other ATO's. A catalyzed ATO can be converted into another catalyzed ATO's, but not a Very Rare IO (it is considered to be a separate category entirely).

    Those cannot be; they aren't ATO's, only ATO's can be catalyzed.

    All Hybrid powers are toggles that shut off after two minutes by design. Personally, i think it's a terrible design choice, but it is what it is.
