  1. Is there a possibility that the geometry of the Mecha Armor shoulders could be adjusted? There's a pretty sizable gap between the front of the shoulder and the shoulder piece itself.

You don't fight four to five AVs at once. You only ever fight one at once; the rest are always EBs or lower.

Wait... So you currently have Snipe in your build, you don't want to go through the effort of changing your build to take advantage of the snipe change, yet you will go through the effort of changing your build to get rid of snipe entirely?

True, but both AoEs in the set generate Knockback, which in practice has the effect of scattering mobs (neither AoE does KB 100% of the time, meaning some get KB'd and some don't), making each subsequent AoE attack less effective. I'm well aware of, and have made extensive use of, various knockback mitigation strategies (using environmental barriers and flying directly above mobs), and you can argue that it's a tradeoff for quick activations, but I feel like it's a handicap, and in practice I've never felt like my Energy Blaster was an AoE death machine so much as I felt like I was trying to keep a large number of marbles from rolling off the top of a table with a convex surface.

When the Summer Event rolls around I will very happily pay any price at the auction house for two Overwhelming Force procs to slot in Energy Torrent and Explosive Blast, just so I can use my AoEs like every other blast can use theirs.
  7. Reading the Energy Blast section was a bitter pill to swallow. I've played an Energy Blaster for roughly the past 8 years and I can't disagree with your conclusions, especially the conclusion that Energy Burst is awful. Even with all the IOs I've crammed into my build (which I did because it's my main and namesake moreso than anything else) it's still subpar due to animation times.
  8. Will the click sustain powers be usable while mezzed, and will the effects of toggle sustain powers persist while mezzed?

I was thinking about something like this, only it would sorta break the cottage rule a bit. My idea was to change Time Bomb to Remote Explosive, and it would basically function similarly to what you suggest, except it would persist much longer than 15 seconds. Perhaps there would be a lockout window of a few seconds, to prevent the explosive from being detonated early. I don't like the idea of self-damaging powers on a blaster though.

The 22% mark can be reached with just Build Up. My Blaster has Build Up 5 slotted with Adjusted Targeting (without the Tohit Buff/End ) and gets 22.79%. I think this was intentional, to give primaries without Aim the means to insta-Snipe.

City of Clap. And here I was hoping for City of Blasters II.

I feel the same way about road repairs. Needless to say, it's unrealistic to expect everything at once.

    10 Worst X-Men?

There needs to be some sort of version of Godwin's Law that pertains to comic discussions eventually becoming arguments about Wolverine.
  15. Evil Zombies, which sounds like an Iron Maiden cover band from Delaware. but if I reverse my initials I get Iron Gods, a Swedish metal band specializing in songs of Viking conquest and elaborate stage performances (think GWAR, except Vikings).
  16. In terms of movie props, "hero" does not necessarily refer to a prop used by the protagonist, but rather a prop that is high-quality, functional and has appeared on-screen in the movie/TV show, typically in a close-up shot. If they're referring to that vehicle as the "hero car", they mean that it can actually be driven and will appear in the movie, not that it's the hero's car (though it could be).

And let's not forget the various "Master of" badges, as well as badges like "Gotta Keep 'Em Separated". There are probably quite a few more.

Power Pool customization. I can wait on the other stuff.

    Magic Bolero Bug

I'm also seeing this bug. I switched out the bolero for the high collar cape, but it just isn't the same...

    DA the end hog

I'm leveling a Staff/DA Scrapper (currently level 18), and even with four toggles running (Dark Embrace, Murky Cloud, Obsidian Shield and Death Shroud) it does very well in terms of endurance. A lot of this is owed to Form of the Soul, which grants around 25% endurance discount at three levels of perfection. With SOs, this build should have very little downtime.
  21. I was on two back-to-back Magis today that were successful. We didn't attempt any of the badges and had no more than 16 players in the league at any given time. We used Lore pets at the 3 AV battle and had volunteers to hit the wells during the final battle. It didn't seem that difficult, but this is probably due to the fact that almost everyone in the league had prior experience.
