I think the skin idea mentioned by others is really good and would be just as happy buying new skins for the rocket board then having to buy a new vanity travel power each time . -

while I don't think id make a thread for it i've traded names before that i've had sat aside , i've renamed a level 50 because someone out of the blue offered me enough inf to choke a horse for the name , i've offered names as prizes for costume contests and sometimes I just post em up to whomever wants them on the virtue name watch thread and the exalted thread .
im not really bothered by someone advertizing and attempting to profit from a name they have , your milage may vary of course . -

The comic will still be updated on the Monday and Thursday schedule; and this Thursday in particular I'm putting up a rather long comic for the holiday that tells one of the character's origins.

A Tri Corner Hat can be found on the live character creator under hats for Huge characters, maybe others. This time the model and texture are visible. Store link leads to a null page.
Edit: Just checked at a surgeon. Hat is available on other models. Very short hair for male models. Pageboy hair for females. Two color hat. Hair is a multiple of the two colors. Red & blue hat = purple hair.
I hope the hair issue gets ironed out id like the hat to be blue but not too keen on being stuck with blusih hair -

Actually, just throw the boards away entirely, and create a City of Heroes subforum under the Lineage II boards. Those boards appear to run the same version of vBB we do, and while they seem to have had their own issues with vBB at times, my preliminary testing suggests their boards seem to work just fine. So apparently there's a bug in vBB that makes it specifically incompatible with City of Heroes. How astronomically unlucky for us.
The obvious solution is therefore, since L2 is now f2p, all City of Heroes players should just make Lineage II accounts, make Lineage II forum accounts, and NCSoft should just let us use a subset of those boards.

To introduce a little personal conjecture, it seems to me another big reason the Gunslinger thing blew up was due to the large thread that existed while it was on beta that received no developer attention. What makes me question the release of Gunslinger isn't what it did or did not contain, but rather that the forums had to explode for a red name to finally take notice at what anyone was saying about these costume packs.
the not getting a respone at all in the beta thread was what made me alot more angry , normally im all "ho hum its the forums . " -

I do know quite a few people , myself included did say they'ed be voting with their dollars and avoiding purchasing the gunslinger pack which seems much more sensible then ragequiting .
Heck you even told folks that if they didn't like it not to buy it I belive , granted I think you also said something about not complaining too .
