If you only have 3 heroes and are doing a 4th I have to disagree with you on the Alt Syndrome. lol
Patience, patience. We all start somewhere, and we all didn't start like I did (Six characters created before the game even arrived at my house, and 43 by the time the first month was over ).

I was being repetitive, repeating myself, saying the same thing over and over again...for emphasis.
  3. Thing is, to do that, I think you'd have to sequester both the markets. They're both "outside" (WW only looks inside, but it's still open air) currently.
  4. Sure I'd look. I wouldn't care but I'd look. Out of simple curiosity if nothing else.

Then there's the original Golden Age limbless villain: Armless Tiger Man, foe of Captain America.

Har! A paraplegic Luddite! Thanks, I hadn't heard of him!
  6. Bookmark ParagonWiki. It is now your new best friend.

    And welcome to the game!
  7. I've been very happy with GIMP, but, yes, there is a bit of a learning curve.
  8. Heh, they're not "plug and play". It would require designing and balancing them for those levels. In other words, just like creating brand new characters. A lot more work than I imagine you think it is.

Hmmmm, Captain Marvel, Doctor Fate... methinks it was Litigator Man that took this comic series out.
Heh, Myron Fass was a stereotypical sleazy publisher. I assume the whole thing was over before anyone even noticed and bothered to file suit (Marvel bought the trademark to Captain Marvel the next year and settled it for good, but M.F. Enterprises had probably closed doors by then).
  10. Here's a list of what's available. The Smoke Bomb emote comes with the Martial Arts pack.
  11. Well, it should be noted he's only ever a Legion applicant, and never makes the team.

Also found a little bit on Arm-Fall-Off-Boy's spiritual predecessor, the second Capt. Marvel.

  12. I'm such a geek I don't even have to click the link.

  14. Well, oftentimes in science fiction, the emotion-feeling ability is accompanied by the ability to absorb the pain of others (hence the power name). But, yeah, it's iffy.
  15. I'm not positive, but I think it shuts something off in RWZ as well. **strains brain** I think there's one warning you about leaving the zone when teamed with the other side.

Scary. But you forgot to mention that "its not skool".
  17. Ah, thanks! I'll put that in my notes. Still wouldn't be at all unusual to have Red Sox fans in Paragon, even if they have their own team.

Fifth, does his arm, uh, re-attach? Can he do the other arm that way?
Arm-Fall-Off-Boy (or as his name was after one of several reboots, the more "serious" Splitter **chortle**) is fully modular!

    Yes..."Poit".

I like 50. It's a nice number. And since this game revolves around me, well... I'm sure you get where I'm going.
Sort of, but I'm not sure exactly which Circle of Hell is for self-centered egotism.
  20. Seriously, has there ever been a mention of any Paragon sports team names? I didn't recall any when writing a story where one of my characters is listening to the ball game on the radio, and ended up just using the Red Sox.
  21. Or at least will be 1000 years in the future.
  22. Well it would have to be from other players. The Legion of Super-Heroes already did the whole "rip off your own limb to use as a weapon" bit decades ago! Wouldn't want trademark issues.

EDIT: Now that I think about it, there was an old '40s character sort of like that, too, called Capt. Marvel (no, not that one. No, not that one, either).
  23. Thanks! It takes a little squinting to ignore what they really are, but...
  24. One of my Villains & Vigilantes buddies once created the World's Mightiest Quadriplegic...Krip-L!

    **facepalm**
