I know you mentioned something similar to this, but I want to make sure its obvious:
Peacebringers are not weak. They can complete any single player mission in the game and they can meaningfully contribute to any team for any and all content.
Peacebringers are, however, relatively weak. They are only weak when compared to the capabilities of just about anyone else. -

This is a super hero game. The very idea is to be overpowered. -
I just want to mention how hard it's been to keep from spilling these changes early myself. Especially anytime I saw someone complaining about PBs.

I think you're greatly shortchanging yourself by limiting to Dwarf Form. Human form has a great deal of utility and a lot of damage can be brought out of it. Have you seen my guide for the MFing Warshade? It's geared towards tri-form players and puts an equal emphasis on all forms. Please give that a read.

Do you get half of them for picking Nova and the other half for Dwarf? Can I just pick Dwarf like a wasted power pick to get seven extra slots for my human powers?
This would be the only way to do it even remotely close to fairly. But suppose each power only got one extra slot. That's a total of 10 extra slots for your character. Three or four is 30-40, which is almost as many slots as we get! -

Good call. I took the shots, but never got around to uploading them. Thanks for the reminder.
Also, I'm considering having one more room done. I need an executive suite done in a control room. To be honest, I'll probably go back to the guy that did this the first time, unless someone else has a really good example of something similar to what I'm looking for they've done. Also, I suppose he could be busy.
How would 400m + conditional 100m sound? Any takers? -

As for myself, I don't really RP my Huntsman as an arachnos person. Dechs Kaison, my main, became an honorary Arbiter or some such when he completed the Barracuda Strike Force (I think that's the one). I then created an alt named "Marshal Kaison," which was Dechs with a rifle and a bunch of Leadership skills. I very rarely call attention to the Arachnos part of that at all. -
Alright, this thread's title has been bugging me for long enough that I'm just going to say what's on my mind.
There's nothing hard about making Willpower strong to everything. That's the whole point of Willpower, regeneration doesn't care what kind of damage it faces.
Is it hard making Willpower softcapped to everything? Maybe expensive, but not hard.
Is it hard making Willpower softcapped to everything, without making many sacrifices to damage output or utility, fitting the concept you want, and doing it all on a budget? Yeah, that could be hard.
