It's certainly inconsistent.
But I don't know about unfair.
I think the major concern is how it would affect Destiny. Musculature doesn't do much for that.

If you calculate the damage over time of Judgement with Musculature and compare it to the damage over time of Judgement with "assumed Spiritual," I'm pretty sure you get the same number.
I get the feeling that Spiritual is already the most used Alpha. If it were to benefit Lore and Judgement and Destiny as well, then it would be a clear leading choice. -

/Martial Arts - Great AoE knockdown, stacking stuns, awesome defense bonus. Impressive ST damage.

First thing's first: Thanks, Beastyle, for the wonderful write up. It's pretty cool to see my base featured here on the forums.
Each designer was paid one billion influence for their work, and I just signed another contract for another five hundred million, because there's far more work to be done before I'm finished.
Also, since I've seen it asked: Yes, the party and the screenshots were taken before the base emblem bug showed up.

That's my Dark Armor video from a while back. Only issue is that I've colored it to tan for a sandy effect, but everything's on no pulse or fade. -
There's only one thing that I believe should be addressed with Dark Armor.
Lightning Field has a debuff: -end.
Blazing Aura has no debuff, but does extra damage.
Death Shroud has no debuff, and no extra damage.
Either Death Shroud should have some kind of debuff (-tohit is thematic), do some more damage, or have some other advantage like a larger radius or cost less endurance.
Like PleaseRecycle said, though, if the devs start looking at Dark Armor, I think buffs are the last thing I'd expect from it. -

You bet there is.
But I'd like to mention that it's well worth your while to start using sets before level 50. I start fitting things around level 30. -
