I have Water /rad and /time and enjoy them very much. I was considering Water /kin so that is not a bad choice either. TBH, water is so much fun paired with anything it is going to still rock IMHO.

As stated currently the Alpha, Lore and Destiny slots all offer a +1 starting at tier 3.
The +1 from the alpha slot is active in all parts of the game level 45 and up.
The +1 from Lore and Destiny slots is only active in incarnate content that includes Dark Astoria.

Unfortunately do to the way the game mechanics work given a choice of hp vs hp/end or end people would choose hp because sucking endurance really does not stop the enemy attacks even when they look dry.

Be that as it may, thank you all for jumping to the defense of the OP from the "big, mean man," and rest assured I'll be taking my condescending, immature and mean self back to the beta forums.
While I TOTALLY understand the underlying premise of the position your have taken from your perspective, I and others have offered what we feel is a slightly better perspective to view the OP's question from, therefore liberating you from the judgmental, condescending, narrow minded perspective you found yourself in earlier. YMMV. -

That is a good combo for sure. You might also consider time, dark etc... if you have concepts for them. No need to limit yourself to one gang.

I based mine on the powersets. WB/Time is Aqua Flux a time traveling water bender dude and WB/Rad is Toxic Tide born in the sea in an area where a certain government dumped toxic waste etc...
Just fool around with silly stuff like that with the powersets and you can come up with some decent stuff.
WB/Energy might wanna go with some kind of water fusion experiment gone wrong type deal. IDK some creative person will come to the rescue.

It's not just some twisted piece of Forbin's imagination that drives him to post the responses to this issue when it comes up, it's based on comments made by the Devs that are the basis for those posts. -
