    all powers scourge from my experience APP PPP and power pools
  2. Ok well your end is a bit high it might be a bit of a problem. Have you considered coming redside for a a day and getting the PPPs? Or is this a concept toon that you want to have power on? Mu has some great end powers to help with the hog that is storm. Also that end redux in combat jumping doesnt help much so instead take that out and put another in steamy mist for more overall end redux and then take mu and you get this. (with an extra power if you want it)

  3. Is the pvp +3% def off limits? Also I am assuming you are a VIP and have access to incarnate right? If thats the case then just a minor tweak to your build is needed, then pick up the T3 agility alpha (T3 is really easy to get) and voila you are softcapped :P

  4. Ok, so I looked at both of the builds you guys suggested (thank you btw!) and it seems that one favors resists and one favors the s/l softcap. I have been playing for about a week now with an incarnate softcapped s/l build and I just dont see the overall use of being softcapped on a corruptor almost all my time doing incarnate stuff is with a team so its kinda overkill on a corruptor for me. So with all that in mind I made a new build that has 50% resists to s/l and is s/l def softcapped. Please take a look and let me know what you think of this. (Im not sure how good/smart/safe running oppressive gloom would be in a large group of +4s, what do you think? should I just use it as a purple set mule?)

  5. Hello, this is a Fire/Kin build I have planned so that i can solo and group well. I wanted to be able to have max s/l def in incarnate (I believe that requires 53% def, if memory serves).

    Things I'm concerned about:

    1) not enough resists....is there any way to get more resist without sacrificing def on a fire/kin?

    2) Will this be able to solo +4/x8 incarnate?

    Please let me know if you can find anyway to improve upon this all +5 enhancements, purples, APP and PPPs are ok to use.

  6. Hello, this is a Fire/Kin build I have planned so that i can solo and group well. I wanted to be able to have max s/l def in incarnate (I believe that requires 53% def, if memory serves).

    Things I'm concerned about:

    1) not enough resists....is there any way to get more resist without sacrificing def on a fire/kin?

    2) Will this be able to solo +4/x8 incarnate?

    Please let me know if you can find anyway to improve upon this all +5 enhancements, purples, APP and PPPs are ok to use.

  7. Hello, I'm looking for some advice on what to play and how to build it after returning after about 6 months. I have a lvl 50 fire/time (have all tier 4 incarnate slots) and I loved him. Time's ability to scrap in melee range at +4/x8 with easily softcapped positional defenses +tohit debuffs was amazingly fun, but now that Hami Os are no longer...bugged (the change made me wanna cry when I read about it) I'm not sure if I still want to play time. Granted I still need to test him with the new build I worked out at the bottom of the page.

    I was thinking about switching to dark or kinetics, while still keeping fire cause...omg pwning dps rawr. I don't have any experience building kinetics or dark though so I would like some help. In the vain:

    1) Is it possible given huge amounts of inf. to softcap positionals on dark or kinetics?

    2) Which would do more damage completely IO'd and incarnated out? (I ask this question because even when I was playing my fire/time before I was constantly chasing more dmg.)

    3) Would a Defender be a better choice for these combos for me given their higher buff and debuff numbers? (I searched and read extensively on this and it seems fire is still better in almost all cases on a corr....but Id like some assurance...)

    4) Finally, which of the three (fire/time, fire/dark, fire/kin) would be best at soloing AVs and GMs given huge amounts of inf.?

    P.S. Oh! One last thing I find that when I am doing +4/x8 a lot of times I don't even use distortion field, but I still need to lower the mobs' movement speed as much as possible which is why I have the slow debuff in TJ.

  10. the problem I see with scrapper is at least until 20 (i only played both iterations until 20) the brute seems stronger more damaging and less likely to die....does all this change later on due to the scrappers higher base dmg? or the brutes fury really just kick that much ***? ...
  11. Ok so i have played all four of these builds on scrappers and brutes to 20 now. I simply cannot make up my mind at all, KM/SD vs. DM/SD....from my experience in playing these guys it seems like brutes are a lot better in terms of dmg and survivability does this change drastically once I get to 50 and complete IO a character? (I have many other 50 AT and I have lots and lots of saved up purple IOs, so thats not an issue)

    Also it seems like DM is the better choice for a primary as well, but with more accuracy and recharge in my powers complimenting PS does this change?

    I guess, what I am really asking for is help in making the decision between brute and scrapper, as well as KM/SD or DM/SD for end game content. I plan on soloing AV's and doing lots of TF's and badge collection....I just don't know on which toon yet.....any insight you forum gurus could give me would be greatly appreciated.

  13. ok, I am trying to make a solo av killer but also someone who is decent in teams with some aoes. Money is no big deal so please anything that you think might help tell me. My recharge is not quite where I would like it to be while still maintaining softcaps.....

I have a KM/NIN Stalker that I love, love, love, so i definitely want to go KM/something also. I was thinking KM/SD or KM/SR would be good (SD for AAO and SR for quickness). I suppose my question is then for KM/SR or KM/SD what do you guys think is better a brute or a scrapper? (I want him to be my main so money is no object for the build...)

  21. I just got my stalker to 50 and I need some help with a pvp build. I have not played since the pvp changes....so I have no idea what to pick and stuff so any help would be much appreciated. Also I was wondering if it would be possible to solo any avs with this toon...or is that impossible with a stalker? Thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me :P
