The strange thing is, it should be accessing your saved settings for graphics display and USING that when it plays back, regardless of it using the Demo Launcher or -demoplay or whatever... hmmm.

a) Do you run the game in windows mode or full screen mode?
b) Are your settings for graphics the same on Test and on Live? (I have a suspicion here, and I'm curious if I'm right)

Hit Zloth's site and download his most recent version. When Ultra Mode was first released, his player didn't recognize it. He then updated it to recognize the advanced settings of Ultra Mode.

Was ToTing with my lvl 50 grav/kin in the RWZ without a problem (well, me and my Singularity). Crones and Vampire Lords are certainly a PITA, but was cruising along pretty well.

Then was duoing in the same neighborhood with hubby on his lvl 50 en/en blaster and me on my lvl 50 merc/TA MM. Doors were a bit of a challenge, but usually only when we'd both accidentally click on the door at the same time (oops).

If you can, check the Virtue forum for the thread on how they organized the Rage Against the Rikti Dropship Challenge. They'd organized teams and captains at least a week in advance, planned which zones they were going to camp in until the invasion spawned there, figured out the flight routes, the whole schmear.

And it went off without a hitch - they took down 20 dropships in Talos, then 21 more in Peregrine Island, all in the space of an hour. I know - I was there, filming the whole thing.

Thank God... after losing so much of my earlier Rikti invasion footage to a hard drive crash, I can do another round of running all over the place to film them.

Besides, it wouldn't be an invasion without Agent Tavarisch in Steel Canyon, showing Positron just how Vanguard does things.

Can I just say, I absolutely LOVE the enemies' random dialogue in the Halloween tip mission? I nearly got myself killed because I was laughing and didn't see the next mob come wandering into aggro radius.

And I just had another idea for a Natural aura... not quite sure how it would look (maybe folks have an idea) but something that represents, for lack of a better term, charisma. You know how some people just draw you to them? Is there a way to do an aura that instead of radiating outward, actually seems to pull INWARD?

Just a thought.

I have a singularly weird affliction.

I can't taste tea.

No joke. I can smell it across a room, no problem. But you could brew black tea until it looked like Coke, and when I drink it, all I taste is hot water. I've tried more types of tea than I can count, of varying strengths and brewing methods (loose, blooms, whatever), and nothing. Which is aggravating as hell when John makes certain types of tea and I go, "oh wow that smells good I want some... crap it tastes like hot water."

ICED tea, however, I can taste. And when I was at Teavana a little while back, the girl behind the counter introduced me to this chilled tea mix of mint and chocolate/vanilla that was just to die for.

But normal, everyday, put-the-kettle-on hot tea? Nada.

I will be getting this - somehow. More gorgeous filming possibilities.

EDIT: BTW, kudos on the video - it was a nice touch seeing the origins in settings that were actually appropriate to the origin, instead of sticking all of them in Atlas Park or on some generic mission map.
