I found aid self more necessary for pve than for pvp tho. Without it I would have been on perma debt cap all the way to 50

Never said I was skilled for that, just that it could be done... although you are right, it was before i9, and I'm only on SO's, so I probably wouldn't be that lucky if we tried now .
About the inventions guide... a short, brief explanation of the uses, been trying to get to know a bit of it this afternoon but somehow I seem to find the info all scattered and imprecise

In that case you can forget about getting EM Pulse, and probably EF for a long period of time (AVs)

It's not breaking LoS that stops someone from following you; it's moving far enough away from them that their perception radius, minus your stealth, is less than the distance from you to them. It's conceivable that Heavies have an enormous perception radius

Errm well, you are supposed to have ss+cj perma active so... it's reduced to press "f" and spam attacks, not a huge thingie .
And yeah if they can't see you, they can't follow you (only heavies in RV keep following you out of LoS, dunno if it's WAI or a bug, tho)

PS. BTW with just TP you won't get to kill anything playing a scrapper, unless you are a ma/* and use tp foe+mez on someone without mez protection nor break frees

Yup, but 40+ PvP dealing lethal dmg is a lil bit handiccapping , and also no mez. EM and dark primaries still get my vote

Both are [censored] in terms of dmg, elec shines for its end draining and rad for def debuffs.

Erm sadly, it's not a good combo for pvp. You can still have fun with it tho, but if you want a good pvp stalker, go EN/regen or EN/nin, now that you can have kb protection out of IO's and with stealth IO's, +percep is becoming more necesary

Fallout IS the worst power in rad, followed by choking cloud. Both those powers are the worst by a huge gap imo

The problem is that PvP builds need xp to level up, and often end up "piggybacking" on a PvE team who are nice enough to allow deadweight (at the expence of their own risk and xp gain).

I did from 1-50 and didn't have a self heal. Nor did I have Divine Avalanche, and I never had very many problems, and I wasn't on heroic very much at all. Hardly even touched it.
