Sometimes it's worth spending 3 hours hunting down every last part of the plans to get a weapon that can fire 1500 rounds in 30 seconds to the tune of Tchaikovsky's Overture from 1812. Oh, and the weapon does so much damage anything you use it on will melt within 2 seconds, so if you actually want to HEAR the music, you have to burn ammo (and a LOT of cash).

On topic, I REALLY hope they buff Boxing and Kick (by giving kick a 6s recharge) so it's not a wasted pick, even on melee toons.

That seems pretty useless since there are no Sharks.(technically Mako and the Praetorian guy aren't sharks they're shark men)
There ARE Sharks in First/Night Ward, but they don't attack. And I doubt it would work against Spirit Shark, School of Sharks, or Spirit Shark Jaws.

I believe all previously Ascended Incarnates had no alternate versions - the Well of the Furies empowered Statesman, Lord Recluse, Hero 1, Emperor Cole, and Reichsman. Rularuu itself is an Ascended that transcends Universes, and is only trapped in the Shard because it was fractured into multiple aspects by the Dagger of Jocas. Hamidon, if it was able to either merge with it's primal counterpart ("Divided We Fall", the second Praetorian invasion event last year) or consuming Emperor Cole (the then champion of the well) is the only other entity we know of that could possibly be ascended (though some have theorized that DJ Zero is one).

The information we have on the Center, from Viridian's utterly EPIC arc:

He's grown conservative with age, but even more cunning. He's rebuffed every other offer to meet, but with all the others whom you've gathered already, he's let my agents know he might be interested. That is, if whoever I send can survive to deliver the invitation. That's your job.

    Any Questions?
  6. I still have mine - I don't dare open the battery pack since I pretty sure I left the batteries in there when I got bored with it 12 years ago.

I probably have a good decade before they burn through.

Damage Patches that if the player is just past the center of the patch (or it's otherwise off screen) that renders the entire patch invisible but still able to destroy your character in under 5 seconds - and the damage ticks are all but invisible when compared to the red rocks on the ground.

Explain why Stealth was the only combat defensive pool power who's Defense bonus WASN'T gutted with the I5 Global Defense Nerf, if the devs never thought we'd be using it for mitigation (and felt that the end cost/movement penalty was enough to off set it's bonus).

    High-level Infernal powers
Is it just me or is his high level List showing his OLD ability from I7 (when he showed up as a combat enemy on Primal Earth for the first time) rather than his revamp in i20 (Mortimer Kal has him summon Demonlings from Demon Summoning rather than the old Behemoth Demons). Is Kal the only place where that was changed?

It WOULD be nice to not have to take my Controllers/Dominators redside to get Charged Armor so I don't get 2HKOed by EVERYTHING in iTrials.

And there's a LOT of stuff coming out for sale, so it kinda washes out the freebie stuff.
  17. I'm 99% sure the Revamp to Blasters, Ranged Damage and similar changes will give us a Free Respec in i24.

Wouldn't you be able to check Tyrant's info window for that info? Also, for the best chances of success you'd just need a bunch of Psi/Rad Corruptors, and they'd have him down within five minutes.
A few psi/cold corruptors, and a few Rad/Sonic Defenders. I bet 5 minutes would be a slow run if everyone packed Seers/Carnies.
  19. Since I own all 6 issues of the comic book, I say this counts.

The problem there is that is a respec trial and one that has a failure mechanism. Since it is a respec trial it needs to be possible to complete it with a very suboptimally built team and the problem with speeding the waves up is that if a team is having trouble faster waves might overwhelm them and the trial has a failure mechanism.

Now the Thorn trial is harder but since it doesn't have a failure mechanism a poor team can at least take several attempts. Personally I'd advocate the same option for the TV trial. Have a couple of small waves when you enter the chamber followed by a relatively easy AV. Short and sweet.
Or just add a terminal that can be clicked to instantly trigger the next wave.

Wouldn't that require constant input since you're not in Task Force mode? Wouldn't you be auto-logged?

Where is the action taking place? I don't recognize any of the visuals/buildings...part of a revamped Kings' Row, IP? Or just a section of Praetoria that I don't recall since I don't play there that much?
Imperial City - same place that they showed off the new stuff for Blasters a couple weeks ago.
  23. Bug: Run speed is showing as 1.4mph no matter what powers are/are not activated. Makes building a Stone Armor more problematic.

Basically this - usually the Super packs hold little interest for me beyond the first two or so boxes (First gives me the costume set, second pads out my xp boosters/windfalls/unslotters/enh boosters). Catalysts are FAR too rare for me to justify buying the packs without the added shiny (aside from MAYBE using paragon reward tokens).
