If you're in PvP, it's straight +regen, slightly better than a Miracle.
If you're in PvE, it is off the melee healing table, which does happen to be be a ratio of your AT's HP. So it will heal more on a Tanker than a Defender, for example.

Figured as much on the heal, since I only have it one toon. Wasn't gonna toss facts around w/o seeing it myself. Besides most of my toons are pve as are most peoples toons. The 7.5 endurance every few seconds already makes this worth enough to slot.

When I use Lift on my Grav/Psi too quickly after the previous Lift the enemy will be launched in the air upright - they can still attack me, and they land on their feet. -

You can earn them from merits, I recieved a Apoc Chance for dmg (lethal IIRC) from the 46-50 Random Trial Reward.

You can't get it from merits at all.
It's not lethal damage.
No one would have bought the chance for damage from you for 100M.

I was fully going to call him on the last one as well. Then I went and looked at Apocalypse prices on the BM, and when I looked, a crafted version of that proc actually had gone for 100M+.
I was stunned by the prices realized on that set in the wake of 2xp weekend. Stunned.

Yup. Even monitoring the healing delivered channel doesn't work. I've had it call out a Boost Up with no bonus, and had stealth bonuses as well. Monitoring damage is sorta second nature for me though - Brutes and all that. -

The biggest problem with the Giant Monsters is when they run. Are you effin' kidding me? Giant Monster. Run from a fight?! Giant Monsters should aggro easily and keep attacking until they or their target(s) are dead!
The introduction of Merits has made Giant Monsters a more worthwhile... except when you have to chase them across the rooftops (which is especially bad if you have Lackeys or other low-level characters that are having to avoid street-spawns while still trying to contribute to the fight).

Why is Gravity Distortion doing more damage than Propel? Propel is as much a damage power as lift, and you can fire THREE lifts in the time it takes to fire one propel. Is there a justification or is Propel simply doing too little damage? -

I'd be fine with that - so long as I am still able to team to do this. I am a bit concerned that the fact that only the arc holder gets the reward will make it harder to construct teams for this kind of play. I do not play this game to solo, so if that's what I have to do to support my IO habbit, then I'll probably be unhappy.
Look, I get it, you HATE the market. It's not like I'm its biggest fan, but here's the thing - if you have some patience it can be a way to convert INF (something I can get) into Recipes (some of which I never get). I'm a casual player in terms of playtime. I play at most 8 hours per week (and usually a lot less). I play in sessions that average an hour in length (typically in lieu of some TV after the kids are put to bed). My richest toon is a lvl 50 villain who has about 40Mil on him.
Yet... I still am able to make use of set IOs and have a lot of fun with them. I go after the low to mid cost items (I cringe if I have to pay more than 2mil for something) and am somewhat creative with them. It is one of the few remaining reasons that I play the game (going on 4 years now and I've pretty much worn the non-TF content to death). Although it is far from perfect, the current system is working for me and I'd prefer if they didn't mess it up. If merits turn out to be purely additive, then great. If not, I hope they do something to adjust things.

Keep in mind the Random Pool C roll will be a better deal in I13. There are two recipes in each of the new IO sets in Pool C, including things like Basilisk's Gaze (Quad will be VERY popular), Eradication and Obliteration (PBAoE Damage procs), and all the new categories. I MIGHT start pulling random rolls with my alts for the IOs I need. -

[/ QUOTE ]It's only a reduction in rewards for Tarkoss, Katie, and Eden. All other non-Ouro TFs/SFs are worth at least the cost of a random roll...and in most cases, more. Thus, an increase in rewards.
If random rolls *were* for some reason returned, I can imagine it would be these three that they wouldn't be returned to.

Question. I have a DM/EA. And I fear that having 2 /EA brutes on the same server would overwhelm me with awesome.
I am, however, planning on making a WM/Shield sometime after I13. Would that be sufficiently Pretty to post about here or should I make/wait for another thread?
