The difference in your comparison, is that dark armor gets a damage aura. Energy Aura has no aggro aura at all, unless I missed something.
You didn't - the only power in the set with a taunt is Energy Drain - the Heal/End recovery power.
  2. I want Radiation Assault for Dominators. (The melee attacks could be lifted from the Shivan power lists and the other powers are just Tiers 1-7 Radiation Blast). Just make sure Neutrino Bolt is fast recharging, and I'm good.

Out of everyone else who has cast Clarion on me, I'm the only one who has cast Radial on my Blaster. Everyone else has viewed perma-mez protection as more valuable.

Technically it has a 2.17s recharge, but with recharge it's down to under a second.

I believe they should make it roll for any procs at each activate period - but add a modifier for toggles and Rain effect that will reduce the proc activation by a set amount - A damage aura that activates every 2 seconds for example , will have 1/5th the occurrence rate of a regular power so on average it will tick once every 10 seconds.

If you rolled a character just for it though, that sucks. It was obviously going to get nerfed sooner than later. As long as the fix for the broken fix comes quickly, I have no complaints.
Last Friday, my Blaster participated in a Cathedral of Pain run. My Group had myself (Fire Blaster with reactive) and a Cold/Ice Defender with Reactive. We all went to our Obelisks and started - by the time the other two teams had downed the barriers, my team had accidentally taken ours down in about 5 seconds - Rain of Fire, Sleet, and Ice Storm all at once. Boom. Reactive proccing FIFTEEN TIMES A SECOND. For 12 damage + Any resistance debuffs from Sleet. (Reactive's DoT doesn't quite follow the 4 limit since you can reset the first application with the fifth, doing massive dots).

Later, my Blaster soloed an entire mob with RoF, a Second with Judgement, and a third with his regular AoEs - the mobs dropped in about 10 seconds.

Reactive nearly quadrupled the damage of Rain of Fire on my Blaster - going from 3-4 damage per tick, to 3-4 + a 75% chance of 15 points with each tick. Never mind the fact that when a 5th application of the DoT occurred it overwrote the fist application (like all other interfaces) and caused an immediate tick rather than a 1 second interval as was intended.

The moment I activated RoF with Reactive, I realized it needed to be dealt with.
  10. Are we going to get a mini-walkthrough prior to the beta test, like we did for the BAF and Lambda Trial beta?

You want an *excuse* to move/retire a character for whatever reason. Just do it.
Here's the thing about MSR's now - we lose the same number of people as we did before incarnates - just now, 85% of those are D/Cs.

Make it 100% - I monitor enemy values with my Bane mid battle - it's 2.5% a piece, 10% fully stacked.

Of course, if the enemy has 60% Resistance to a damage type, then it's down to 4%.

Now, can we not clutter this up?
I have one particular issue that I've only developed with I20 - Brightness from powers (Specifically Super Speed, but White tinted Sleet/Freezing Rain as well) has become a huge issue for me with the BAF trial. Normally I would crank my Gamma to 130% but that causes the environment to become pitch black. Getting a contrast control would be great. A workaround for the SS issue just involved me turning my Max Particle Count to 100 (normally I would run at max at all times), but this doesn't help with Rain effects.

    Now to the actual questions:

    - Are you affected by any of the new Incarnate graphics? Which ones? (This is not someplace to say "Yes, I think they're ugly." I'm talking physically affected. Migraine triggers and the like.)
    - If it's not you, do you know of someone who is?
    - What problems (if you don't mind, I know this one can be a bit personal - but it helps to know "It triggers my migraine" versus "I get an uncontrollable urge to Samba.")
    - Does anything (such as recoloring) help you deal with it?

    For me:
    - Unmodified Barrier and Clarion bother me. I found a dark green/red Barrier and a Red/Blue Clarion solved the problem - but then I have to modify all my costumes.
    - No.
    - I get slightly nauseous from it if there's enough buff bubbles nearby, or get headaches if the effects are too bright.
    - Higher Gamma setting (I'm Light Sensitive)

One final thing - Void overpowers all other graphics, Blinding me for about 3 seconds, I'm not sure if that was really WAI (Pryo does something similar but only for a split second).

    *Snip*

While a Damage debuff wont be resisted like ToHit or Regen debuffs, keep in mind that many AVs will have innate +Damage - For example, Marauder in Lambda has +50% Damage at all time, and +65% Damage if [Berzerker Rage] is active. So in effect, you'd only be reducing his final damage output by 9.3% rather than 20% with 4 stacked on him.

SPEDIT: This assumes an even con Marauder so apply the code for level differences as needed.

Well at 50 there are only 2 Villain Morality missions and one of them has you fighting Des.

My Other Selves gets boring after awhile. (Although I got a kick out of my Dom's Future self getting pwned by his own Singularity.)

There are two versions of Thunderstrike - the Blaster Version (7 parts Single Target only, 1 part AoE, Knockback) and the Brute Version (1 parts Single target only, 1 part AoE).

Considering Dominators are the Blasters of CoV (relying on active defense) it's fitting that we get that. By the way - the ST Immob from Elec/ gives KB Protection.

Here's hoping when we get an Electric Ancillary it comes with Lightning Rod.

Adding useful buffs to it and keeping it is more likely to be their approach of choice.
There was also Fold Space -> Singularity
While it wasn't replaced, Telekinesis used to grant flight to a teammate.

    Acrobatics...

For KB Protection I go Steadfast or Karma (Karma fits in Combat Jumping or Hover, Steadfast is for my Crab/Bane).

Both my Blaster and my Dom have Acro (KB is the only thing that can shut my Blaster down) - although I'm not sure if I still need it with my Blaster going Clarion and my Dom achieving permanence.

    I'd keep it personally.
  21. Is that why my DM/EA Brute was completely indestructible above ground in mission one of Apex? Cause he had like 50% Defense to energy and atrocious tohit/accuracy bonuses?
  22. My crab's pulled more purples than my other 2 main Incarnates - which I think is hilarious, given my Crab only hit 50 in February. Mob Melting FTW.

Just saying it would be nice if the stun had a higher chance to hit, which would apply to similar powers, too. It's still a good power for what it does and would probably see more use if paired with a primary that likes to hang around melee like Elec/.
Make it have a guaranteed mag 1 disorient so during domination it'll lock down minions with a 25% Chance of Mag 2 disorient. Drop the end a tad and it would probably be fine. (I'd like Psychic Scream's Debuff duration to be increased in accordance with it's recharge increase while you're at it.)

As such the T3 boost costs about 25% of the resources of the T4 boost but provides about 75% of the benefit.

I guess my point is don't stress out to much about getting the T4 boost. It's intended to take about three times the effort to go from T3 to T4 as it did to go from nothing to T3 but the benefit provided is relatively small.
Usually, but not always, true - while Nerve and Cardiac wont change much (other than Cardiac Radial giving Fear/Sleep and Nerve Radial giving Confuse enhancements) due to Diminishing returns, (and only gaining around 6% Resistance or Defense enhancements) Spiritual Core Paragon CAN make a huge difference if you're going for Perma-Hasten (On a Dominator, for example) My Brute is frequently hitting Perma-Hasten - and he doesnt even have all his +Rech bonuses yet.
