Also, stone and ice don't have defense to fire/cold by default, so there's not much point in trying to build those types of defense on them (and fire/cold attacks are less common than many other types, as well).
Granite form comes with Fire/Cold defense.
  2. Kinetic Melee -> Assassin's Strike uses the Kamehameha Wind-Up. That's enough for me to decide.

I think the Corpse pets are an exception too (Extract Essence and Soul Extraction) - they even inherit Hasten from the caster.

A few of them do, (Carnie has Forge (+10%Dam/ToHit), and a couple have Assault/Mind Link toggles) but the most powerful buffs (AB and Crystal of Vigor) aren't perma.

Yup - and Zephyr is going in Shadow Step (I use black dwarf step for TPing).

I hope they stop the badges and just use this reward system from now on. Allow players to earn the vet badges up to the cutoff, but don't add any new ones after the cutoff point.
7 years does sound like a good end point, now that I think about it.

Or even all the ATs - notice how they say 8 total ATs? There are 10 basic ATs.

    Yes they will.

You just might be able to turbocharge your Vet progress with Paragon Rewards.

Please say that's the case, redname.
  10. Free character transfers!!!

I wonder if it's "Use it or lose it" or if it's gonna be bankable?

While it is likely to be technically impossible - no team can stand up to that sort of punishment with 0 deaths - my point was that unlike Lambda, you have badges that are not mutually exclusive with one another.

Probably in the same sense as MoBAF - you can, but you have to game your teams perfectly (multiple Traps, Taunters (4-6), Ranged damage, etc. Can be done, but requires insane coordination and practice (when Arbegla did MoBAF on liberty it took us 2 tries to get all 4 badges in one run. On the plus side, I got two Empyreans from that!).

This is why purchasing a Purple IO with Alignment/Empyrean Merits cost the same across the board - they're all equally rare, and they're all Unique.

This. My Blaster has two T4s (Not including his I19 Alpha T4), and one of those was from 30 Empyrean's being traded in.

Isn't this due to the Council and Devouring Earth dropping both Arcane and Tech and the introduction of Cimerora? Because I don't recall any new Recipes being introduced since I13.

I die MORE with Incarnate powers.

Cardiac Core Paragon + Clarion Radial Epiphany + Cryonic Partial Radial Judgement = 240 foot Cone. In the ITF I can hit the entire tower at once.

There is no limit to the amount of a aggro my blaster generates.

The 40% Resistible damage - is it Energy Typed?

Probably have to roll a second build with Hibernoob for my Blaster.

I'm pretty sure the drop rate is the same across the board - its a small percentage of common pool A drops at level 50 - Bosses drop more Recipes than Minions, as such Purples will drop more often.

So I guess you haven't bothered with any other MO badge in existence? My blaster's basically written the old MO badges off since he's more likely to die than just about any one (Offensive juggernaut + ADD + RoTP = VERY lax attitude towards death).

100% chance of -10% Regen. Which is -40% Fully stacked, or -6% while the PTOD's are up. The DoT is FAR more valuable solo against something like that.

Absolutely correct. This is why people running Lambda for iXP will sometimes run with a single team.

When it's the WST it does.
