Don't have the list on the new computer but I think so - Tankers had Energy Melee, and Brutes had everything tankers had AND Dark Melee/Armor.

You do realize Rularuu Eyeballs, KoA, and Rikti Drones all have the ability to mez, right? And if you're held/disoriented/sleeping you lose all stealth, right?

    23 to 87

    - The 4th vet power from the 12, 33 and 54(?) month power choices.
    - The other 4 year buffing pet (pick Shield Oscillator to go with Power Oscillator).
    - The ability to use Assemble the Team and Reveal on incarnate trials.

Uh... wouldn't knockdown cause you to lose endurance at a MUCH faster rate than a knockback? And Knockup be beyond broken in PvP? (That's why Whirlwind does knockback now)

I certainly do hope that porting Energy Aura to Scrappers does not mean that Ice Armor will not. That would be pretty lame, to be honest.
Brutes had Ice Armor in beta, and Stalkers always started out with Energy Aura - they ported Energy Aura to Brute when Ice wouldn't work because of Fury (so that Brutes still had 5 secondaries).

Come to think of it, the changes to Poison's Poison Trap said in this thread is another example of this.

    Also, I kinda liked Repulse
Poison Trap has one use - a place to put Fortunata Hypnosis.

Take Whirlwind instead and throw an extra run IO in swift to offset the -spd.

Wormhole + Trip Mine = Broken.

Did the Cottage rule get thrown out when Castle left?
How many people took the power? That's a bigger indicator as to whether anyone would miss a power that could be obtained in a Power Pool choice.

Ustream say's they're getting a small aoe component thats half as effective as the single target part.

Entropy Shield is now Entropic Aura for Scrappers and Brutes. This power is a taunt aura that grants the user a scaling recharge buff based on the number of foes surrounding the user. The Stalker version of the set doesn’t have a taunt aura, but it offers a small Recharge bonus.

Bolded for Emphasis. Scrappers get Rise to the Challenge, Invincibility, and Against All Odds. This won't be any different.

Brutes will get every change Scrappers get - and stalkers will get all but the taunt aura.

Radiation assault wouldn't be difficult honestly. 3 ST Blasts, a snipe, a PBAoE and Cone, and Aim + 2 melee attacks from shivan powers.
  14. EA Changes -> YAY!
    Broadsword Brutes -> DOUBLE YAY!
Nothing for Dominators -> No Radiation Assault? (Tiers 1-7 from Rad blast and two melee powers from the Shivan Power sets)

Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that we finally have a solution to the always/never accept buffs problem. It's just frustrating that "you just have to know" how to access the fix. How is a new player to ever discover Null?
If he's a contact, let him show up as a contact in our map. Problem solved.

    Polar Lights..

A Thought occurred to me for Polar Lights/Robotic Drones:

Give us the option to use either the present appearance or the Winter Event/IDF Flying Cannons (Polar Lights/Robotic Drones respectively) through the power customization options. Have two different choices for each sub pet instead of 1.

Uh... this has been in game for awhile now - my WS can phase to hit Diablolique while she's phased.

And then I die like THAT cause I'm the only one who can fight her.

Phasing a mob with DS requires you to phase to fight them - and you'll probably be the only one willing to do so.

Cottage change example - Mind Control: Telekinesis used to be an Ally flight power according to my instruction manual.

Pets do affect the badge for now:

    • The achievement badge “Avoids the Green Stuff” will fail to be awarded if any pets are hit by Obliteration Beam during the trial. This is not as designed; pets should not count towards this badge’s criteria and we are currently working on a fix.

How is the Apocalypse proc any different from Armageddon? Fire doesn't seem to be more resisted than Negative.

Hopefully they'll do what they did with Electric - replace Hand Clap with AS, not Foot Stomp.
  22. Don't forget Villains had to wait 6 months just to reach 50. For VEATS they had to wait a further 11 months.

    Quality of Life Upgrades
    • Group Area Buffs
      • To make buffing easier for Teams and Leagues, these buff powers now affect all the eligible characters within a 30-foot-radius around the targeted character.
      • Previously, you had to target and buff each individual character to use these powers.
        • Cold Domination (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Ice Shield and Glacial Shield
        • Force Field (Defenders, Controllers, Masterminds): Deflection Shield and Insulation Shield
        • Kinetics (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Increase Density and Speed Boost
    • The status protection / resistance components of Increase Density remain single target. Only the damage resistance component has been made into an AOE effect.
      • Sonic Resonance (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Sonic Barrier and Sonic Haven
      • Thermal Radiation (Controllers, Corruptors, Masterminds): Fire Shield and Plasma Shield
The sound FX for these powers is playing for each target hit - resulting in a near Deafening sound effect in the case Cold Shields (those were the only ones I witnessed during our Keyes Island waiting period.)

I play with the sound at 10%, with my global sound at around 15% - if I was playing with 100% ingame settings, I very well might have blown my speakers.

Other culprits of this are the Warshade Mire powers, and Howling Twilight (the latter being acceptable because it lets you know the effect is occurring on otherwise laggy content - re: Mothership raids).

    Polar Lights..

Of course, when I heard Polar Lights I figured they we the mobs from the Winter event (which were grey-blue Extracted essences, IIRC).

Also, I figured the Robotic Drones were the IDF flying cannons that show up in Sutter and during the Praetorian Invasion.

As you noted the two positional bonuses will always be equal and either the typed bonus is half the value of the positional bonus or the positional bonus is half the value of the typed..
To be specific, there are 6 groupings (as per their names in the power list):

Ranged/Energy/Negative Energy (E/N are half that of Ranged)

AoE/Fire/Cold (F/C are half that of AoE)

Smashing/Lethal/Melee (Melee is half that of S/L)
