The only thing in Eden is the Woodsman. And actually, that's more than Creys, DA, Boomtown and the old Faultline had.

You could try the Vanguard arcs, but I find those only last two or three levels (unless you solo at x6 or something like that).

...Yeah, there's not much post 40 for heroes (way to much emphasis on AVs and annoying super long duration stuns).

Not likely to happen. Once upon a time (Prior to I6 IIRC), Nukes (other than Blizzard) carried a -60% Endurance crash per target - It's now 100%. They also had -100% recovery - it's now -1000%. The devs felt that the penalties were too lenient since the nukes were being used to power level people (a tanker would herd the entire map, and a blaster would stand ready to destroy them all at once) - of course, they also introduced target caps/aggro caps in i5, so Nukes weren't even being used for that by the time the "fixes" were put in.

Personally I'd remove all end crashes from the nukes (keep the -recovery) and tone down the damage slightly. I skipped Dreadful Wail on my Defender (had fallout) and I'm currently considering dropping Inferno on my Blaster since most of the time it's either overkill (the team is steamrolling) or useless (I'll die by the time it activates).

That's it. It has no other attacks, and the aforementioned attack does something like 20 toxic damage over a minute. It probably can't kill you, but stick two or three of those in Peregrine and Grandville, and you'd hear the curses.
First of all, 800 meters of perception is... Just under half a mile, and 200m of range is 656 feet. At that rate, they would shoot you from more than THREE TIMES THE DRAW DISTANCE.

    Second, don't forget Superior Invisibility.

This was changed in i21 so the Anti-Matter pulse wouldn't leave VEATs and Stalkers high and dry constantly (I guess this means I need to respec into Super Speed on my stalker. To Mids!).

    - Disintegrate should animate faster, and have a secondary effect (either spread, damage or debuff) if applied to a disintegrating target.
    - Piercing Ray (Not sure if that's the name, its the T8 cone) should have a disintegration spread chance and a higher target cap (it's practically single target anyways).

    Might amend this later.

Take another look at the newspaper missions - the Speakeasy and Bank Robbery missions are both available as regular missions (In St. Martial and Grandville, there are even Arachnos Guards posted).

At no point in newspaper missions or arcs does a player character ever do actual, "thought of it first" villainy. We're either told what to do (until playing the SSA's) or we piggyback off of the ideas of other villains. It doesn't help that none of the co-op zones/stories have a villain plot that redside characters could run 'behind the scenes.'
What about robbing the speakeasy in Port Oakes/Cap Au Diable and standard bank robberies after Mayhems were introduced?

That, or Programmers could simply start mapping the human brain to create an AI that thinks like we do. Which is what they've been doing for some time now.

  15. I hate the new tutorial because it's actually faster to get to level 2 by street sweeping now (unless I'm playing the tutorial with about 5 other people).
  16. I stopped reading once I saw you put the two endurance tests at the top. :/

  19. Didn't read past the OP.

Wade made a power grab and played me for a chump - I'm willing to work with the heroes if it means I can get revenge.

So, you'll run through your attack chain and instead of the fast Superior AS you thought you were going to use, the proc fires and you get the 4 second interruptible AS instead.
...Hmm. I tried putting the proc into AS and it was putting me into hide every time, and I was following up by Concentrated Strike'ing to pop Build Up. Repeat every 10 seconds as needed for perma Build Up.

Worth noting that a level 50 Performance Shifter proc will work even when you are exemped to level 1 - A level 21 can simply be slotted at level 18, as opposed to a level 50 being slotted at 47.

That's the main reason I rolled my only level 50 Defender as a Rad/Sonic - The solo damage is great against single, hard targets (I've soloed Adamastor with little difficulty, and I'll be trying it next issue too).
