I'll point out that the tunnels have a constant interrupt so multiple assassin strikes on a single target isn't likely to happen.

maxed out stealth will do the trick. Hide, stealth, +stealth, SS. If you want 6 stalkers to take out the clustered bombs. (my last attempt @ second bomb phase failed. We had 1 stalker who wasn't pure cap and set off the countdown timer before we could get into position)
the DoT from the spore infestation will not bring a stalker out of a hidden state and does not interrupt Assassin's Strike, however if you get npc aggro you'll have to wait a few moments to go back into a hidden state or you will set off the timer.

@Heavenly Perverse, from Liberty server, while playing Run Faster, a stalker, has confirmed that the Demolition Bomb timer does not start until it is attacked - provided the stalker is hidden.
So, if any of you have an abundance of stalkers on your league, sending 5 or 6 of them to do the bombs might be another strategy.
