It's not supposed to. It says nothing about damage in the description (IIRC). It can be useful for a bit of control if you find you've bitten off more than you can chew though.

A: No. Especially for secondaries such as kinetics or empathy. If you do choose a kin power, I would go for ID (great buff!) since I see IR really as a substitute travel power, more than a team-oriented power.

If u look at quite good players in the game who r Cntrollers they have Empthy or Kinetics and they quite far on them, for example lot of people who pick Fire as a main power they pick Empathy as there 2nd and they barely get any Fire so its like there a Defender....

Let me tell u what i think the problem of Ninjas is. The Ninjas them selfs r really good for pets BUT i completly hate the bow, keep in mind that this toon of mine is pritty high

fire blasters tend to get alot of aggro, so be prepared to have alot of angry villains aiming for you and be careful with your aggro as your teammates might not appreciate the amount you caused (which in turn caused them to die)

Welcome to the game! Don't get attached to any toon (player) u play with cause i have a lvl 33 Fire/Fire blaster and i just gave up, it was quit hard with A LOT of debt so try other archetypes. Thats What I Say!

I'd drop hasten and ss and put 2 acc/1 recharge/3 dam on AS and 1 recharge 1 acc on each attack power.

I wouldn't drop Hasten or SS cause SS is quite good with Super Jump at the same time and Flurry is not better then Hasten
