Is it me or is Seeds of Confusion very accurate?

I dont find it more accurate than any other powers and its a cone so I would doubt the devs would make it extra accurate.

It's quite wide, there's no problem getting a whole spawn inside it.
It's best to put some in when you start upping the difficulty. Stuff at an even level doesn't give you much of a problem at all. Fluff hitting it on a +2/+3 mob & kiss solids good bye for 6-12 months

I'm getting an annoying glitch in PVP where I'm not seeing the visible signs on a confused enemy. I've been told that I'm landing it landed ok, but I just don't see the efect visibly, which can be a right pain in the [censored] 
.
I have 2 ACCs in it and it is very accurate.
Although, I have recently been using it on a few spawns of 10 mobs and missing every single one - maybe it's just bad luck...

It's quite wide, there's no problem getting a whole spawn inside it.
[/ QUOTE ]Yes but it's also quite short, I find I have to get quite close to reach the back of a spawn, God bless ss 
I've not found it that much more accurate than any of my other AoE attacks

[/ QUOTE ] 1 - it's far shorter range than ether of your 2 confuses and I often find that useing it by it's self the mobs still get a reaction to me, so I end up takeing an alpha strike even though I've confused the whole spawn 
this has been from a stacked invis other and super speed.
2 - I do beleave that it's weaker than ether mind confuse power, I've watched mind controllers confuse a boss with far greater ease than I can.
So
Well checking out its stats in Hero Builder and it actually comes with a -20% acc de-buff, so in theory your first Accuracy SO would only give you a 13% increase (geez I need to get a life) anywho I'm off to shoot myself for being so depressive....

why would any1 complain about one of his/her powers bieng too acurate?
There are a few of us who do complain if our powers seem too powerfull.
Seeds of confusion is quite powerfull but it has some down sides, like the short range, lower mez number, the accurricy penaulty. So I wouldn't say it's over powerfull
I seem to be hitting a lot with seeds of confusion and I dont have any accuracy slots in it yet. Anyone else seeing this?
