The player was saying he was taking the snipe cause it was better than the other choices, however if he took CJ then could skip those enhancements and use them elsewhere

Been murder trying to get the Jack badge and I've given up, twice I've been on a team fighting him and twice I've mapservered just before he died for no badge.

Anyway have salvage galore I tell you and have probably picked up some prestige along the way at least

How about CJ for the snipe? You said yourself its use is marginal, fitting in CJ can save you slots and slots matter to a dominator. How ironic the least useful AT on the RSF gets the most out of the SHOs

Having seen how a /cold corruptor can cripple an AV better than any defender I've teamed with I'd say that should work roughtly the same for PvP exceptg the other player might be more intelligent than the AI

there is no Cold defenders.

Scourge! IMO is far more usefull than having a lower end cost on big teams which is the defender inate

He was asking for a primary to go with /en not a suggestion on both sets. Either way if you put one range in Fire Breath it becomes a very good power. Fire Sword Circle keeps pumping out the damage and you dont have to wait so long to get it. Those two AoEs combined with a good choice of epic will see you with 4 AoEs and an attack cycle that wipes herds before its done ticking.

I wasn't suggesting an FA brute, cause even compared to DA FA feels very squishy to me. Just a Fire Melee brute for that "flood the screen with orrange numbers" AoE damage feel

3 Big end drains there, two of which being AoE. With the boosted speed that would be a damn sight more effective than anything a villain can pump out. Hero's do have more options for casual end drain and the best option for professional end drain. They dont have a pure melee character that can do it though, that's the villain edge

Fire, fire fire. I'd suggest fire, you dont have to worry about the high end cost of AoEs cause of your secondry, and you'll be pumping out the AoEs like no one's business.

If you're after ST...... I guess SS, as that's what MaX says, but I'm not intested in ST bruting

If the ninjas would just stand still, or if another melee based primary is introduced I'm probably making a /poison or /ta depending on it. I'm happy with one /dark (which I picked for stackable fears with my henchmen & stackable holds with henchmen more than anything else)

I always run all shields, but if I wasn't DM, with Dark Consumtpion, I'd turn Evasion off at times, well maybe.

After level 35 is when I felt strong as a scrapper, before then I felt like I was missing something. My previous experience of higher level scrappers was DA and Regen. Both sets I felt I had their full protection earlier. But until Evasion SR seemed much weaker than both of them.

I'd take evasion, and I'd take luck, if you want to dump a passive dump Agile. I lost it to put Aid Self in, and I dont miss it. Generally I dont stand around letting things shoot me for long you see.

Oh I'll add a shadow cyst to mine, hit Elude, run up to it, started attacking, it spawned its angry friends. One Soul Drain and a critical on Midnight Grasp and it blew up, they all vanished and I stood Supreme.

But then /Poison can take down AVs and even GMs better than /Dark can. There are benefits to all the sets.

I tried TA but mine got deleted because I didn't like robots, not because I didn't like TA. The fact TA is so beautifully end light is a true bonus for an MM, where as Dark can have issues in longer fights. The only MM secondry I wouldn't use is forcefield, the rest are fine by me. I dont want to spend all day buffing everything

I know they said they weren't going to free up names, which is why I'm glad Stasis is using it rather than it being on a dead account

Chrystal Eminators give a +acc to the DE that floors Elude, on a large team when fighting Behemoths if you're all in melee then the tohit buff from invinc can also be a pain. Malta turrets are another thing that can cause an issue as they have the stupidly high pet acc. Debuffs can also be an issue (Anti Matters RI, all the iradiates from his followers etc)

OK you could possibly put the slots elsewhere, but I like having it as total overkill for these rare situations

I dont see the aditional def in elude as a waste.

I had the name Mist in I3, but suprisingly when villains came out in I6 the name had gone. Just before I6 I learned the art of name holding but I couldn't get that one back

Well so long as its active I dont mind, had a worry it was just in a old account somewhere gathering dust

I must get to earning salvage at some point (though I think I have 3 sets on my scrapper to dish out)

I was talking to Bob and suggested after we finish posi we bring on the higher levels next week to get everyone up to 16 (asuming that those of us at 15 ding 16 by the end of posi with 3 defeat all missions left)

Then we can go straight onto the next TF
