I myself would be deadlocked at a tie between:
1. improved henchmen A.I.
2.Pet customization.
3.Having bodyguard mode always be in effect as long as they are in defensive mode and within supremacy range. -
I just took a look at you suggested build and I'm liking it a lot. i knew the build needed a little something to make it more complete and I think your suggestion did just that.
With the build I'm currently using I was able to solo Sister Psyche when I ran into her doing a Bank mission and for kicks I had my setting set to allow me to fight AVs/Heros.
At first she damn near killed my bots with a lucky shot but then my -tohit started stacking up and it was all downhill from there. With my combined -tohit and high Def on both my bots and myself her %5 chance to hit never became an issue and well I pulled out a win with 6 seconds left on the clock. Laughed my head off at my first AV solo defeat. I am deffinetly going to seek out more AVs to test myself with. -
Well after having him on the retirement self for a few years I decided to revive my first toon I ever made in CoV and gave his build a bit of a revamp.
So far the only things missing are the PvP procs but I'm working on getting those so that's not an issue.
I tinkered with this build in mids for a while and settled on this since I wanted to aim for a Tankermind build with maxed out Defense to everything but Psionic despite my Psionic Defense is pretty solid as well as having maxed out Resistance to Smashing/Lethal and %70 Resistance to Energy.
I also have about %38 Accuracy bonuses to help out with my Provoke power when running normal content since it's not really needed for the Incarnate Trials.For that I went with Preemptive since my theme was tech based and wanted them to give enemies an "energy burn." I also went with Warworks Core since I wanted to stick with the tech theme and increase my debuffing capabilities.
The -tohit from Dark also boost my survivability on Incarnate Trials as well.I skipped out on hasten since I felt this build didn't need it since I have enough recharge to keep myself alive and keep my bots healed/protected.
As far as Alphas go I went with Cardiac since I normally have Darkest Night running and that tends to eat up endurance more than i would like and I hate having a need for blues and not having them. With Cardiac I rarely need them which keeps those spots open for something more useful.
For Destiny I went with Clarion since I wanted to do two things: Keep myself protected and make my main Destiny useful for when I run UG trials.
As far as improving my build I would like to see if I could balance out the Melee/Ranged/AoE values while keeping the amount of recharge I have already.

This would make me so happy sine my bots would be far less likely to run up to some random mob only to end up dying due to being outside of my healing range while the remaining pets stay where they are.
It would also mean i could play a Thug MM and not get frustrated over the Arsonist pet displaying "suicidal-like" behavior after proving time and time again that not only can the arsonist stay alive longer than .3 of a second but can actually do something productive. -
Like others have said you can indeed play the Villain SSA arc with your Vigilante. I recently did that with my Rouge and went through the Heroside arcs in about an hour and a half.

I can confirm that running missions set to -1/x8 will indeed give you purple drops. I just fought Sister Psyche in a villain bank mission and after soloing her (and in the same move my first AV level enemy) She was kind enough to give me a purple Unbreakable Restraint proc recipe. As others have mentioned mobs set to -1 will only give you lvl 49 IO recipes (excluding basic IO recipes such as recharge reduction or accuracy.)

I tried doing this and even though I got the overlay to work I can't connect to the game at all. I'm running windows 7 64bit.
Basically the message is always "game failed to connect to the login server blah blah contact customer service yada yada." -
Some of the ways my WS got around the void seekers/quantum gunners was to replace the normal tab bind with a custom one setup to target void seekers/quantum gunners as well as sappers. I normally never have many issues with them since I often employ the "Get you some A******!" mentality.My main issue is with those pain in my A**! Cysts since those unbound nictus often wail on me while I atempt to go tow that damned infernal piece of crap into a lake of lava.
Also bare in mind that I leveled a Warshade to 50 first so when I kept trying to play a PB (so far my count at attempts is four and counting) I always feel so underwhelmed that I often just say screw it and delete them.I hope PBs can get a buff to they are at least as useful to me as my Warshade is at least solo since my VEATs are both far better suited for team and solo play than my PBs ever were.
Hell I even spent many a restless night trying to find a viable build in Mids only to se the end result be too much effort with not enough payoff unlike my WS.They don't suck persay they just don't do anything for me.Hell my DS/Therm MM is able to do more than my PBs could at lvl 30! It could just be me but I don't think I'm too far from how others feel about PBs. -

From what I can tell having played a Bot/Dark to 50 that was pretty good and deffinetly made for a fun fight. I currently have a Demon/Thermal MM currently at lvl 30 that is also very fun to play especially when you see how much res you can build on your pets.
Once I get the two Res procs slotted I will easily be able to cap my pets Res at ~%80 which is very nice although I am still deciding wether or not to either focus my build on capping my Res or going for the S/L Def softcap route. If I have time I may do both eventually via seperate builds. -
What I've done in the meantime until the Devs decide to let us know if they are even aware of this bug was just use the default names for the pets since those don't seem to change when you re-summon them. It sucks I cannot name my pets the way I want to match my toons name/theme but it seems to be the only surefire way to avoid custom marcos and binds from becoming useless for specific pets (like the Arsonist for example.)

As the thread title may suggest I was wondering if anyone has heard any update on when we might see this update happen for Mids Hero Designer. The last I heard it was going to be in a auto update sometime during December. Was there some sort of setback or something else happen with this?
I'm a bit curious as to what happened. -
Would it be possible for a fortunata to be able to defeat an AV with poison dart and dart burst?

I have quite a bit of experience with SS (2 brutes and a tank at 50). At least with Fire and Shield secondaries; you'd find that using obliteration in Footstomp is going to eat your endurance like mad. It really needs more endurance reduction. I can't say for certain whether /Elec can spam Footstomp without burning all its endurance. It may be something to look into.
Otherwise it looks pretty good. -
I think I see where your going with your farm build and this build might give you more speed with less of the 6 slotting of your ST Melee attacks.
Bare in mind that I am using the Mid's patch to include the I19 Fitness pool change although since we are using Electric Armor as the Secondary it's not really needed

I'm a returning player to the MM Archetype and I wanted to ask if the Force sheild power was changed since before my Bots would both use their Sheild to buff my Def. As of late I have only ben getting one buff between the two of them.
Does anyone know if this is a bug or just WAI?
Edit: I also forgot to mention that my Protector Bots stack their Sheilds on my Drones and Assault Bot as I'm used to. -
Same thing just happened to me right now. When I tried reconnecting to the game it gives me a "Lost connection to DBserver." message.

Dear Devs,
As a gamer I have to respond to your booster pack of emotes with "What the hell were you thinking?" while as a Critic I have to ask "What the @$% are you doing?"
Not to bash too harshly but this pack of only emotes was destined to miss with many of the players in this game. However if you included something else like say the ability to replace your idle stances with said emotes and other poses available in-game THAt I would buy since I love the Villain stance 2 pose from Going Rogue. That alone would have made me want this pack since each of the Boosters offer something useful and nice to have.
Maybe next time the future booster pack will offer something that makes me want to buy it. I appreciate the effort guys but you misjuged your aim it would seem. -
It looks like the GMs were able to figure out what kept getting my toon stuck since I am now able to play him once again. Lakevren I hope and the others are able to get your toons back to playable states.
