Yea id agree there. I cant see much enjoyment out of starting afresh on an old game i have played for years. That is only if toons will not be transfered tho. If they are not gonna move them I will most likely take my subscription back to WoW .. or maybe try crack.

Either way i cant see the Devs and so on being too bothered about losing the EU community because there is and will still be the US one and some will certainly be drawn over there IF we have to move.

Thing for me now is that with all this uncertainty i see no point in making a new toon because it is all going to be for nothing.

I jst hope that the EU side is generating enough cash to keep us going, because at the end of the day That is all that matters to the powers that be. No matter how much we love the game (i do for one) .. if its not a money maker it Will be dropped. Its a business after all.

I certainly will not be playing if they delete toon lists .. iv put too much time and money into playing and im not going to start again from scratch because i am forced too.

Demon farm mission? Out of interest, what is this mission? Looking at the Harvey Maylor mission list there is nothing that resembles what you asked.

Not if Suzumebachi (the post above yours) is correct you didn't!

People still count to the team when logged off/dc'd so it looks to me like it should be:
if 8 people start the Positron TF...
* it scales for 8 at the start
* if 2 people dc/logoff it stays at 8 (as logoffs are still part of the team)
* if 2 people then quit (Or are kicked) it now scales for 6, even though only 4 are logged in
* if the 4 people logged in all quit, then the 2 who logged out come back, it will be scaled for 2
* if one of the remaining duo quits, then it is scaled for just 1

Good to see it wasn't just me getting slightly confused at what the final position was... guess that happens when several changes are made in quick succession.

It was all from a hazy, relatively unused part of my memory as it's rare that many people drop from a TF that I'm on and most of them (other than the dreaded Positron) are usually started with 8 people on the team.

Have they changed the system then? cos i used to happily solo Posi to help friends gain the badge that didnt have time to do the whole thing and that was scaled to 1man mobs for a fact .. and recently (after the Merit system came into play) trying Posi as a duo with a 3rd member logged out was definitely alot harder now than ever before. I know playing a WS doesnt help, but im talking really about mob sizes.

lol You want Elitism jst head over to the Legends threads on Union part of Forum .. What better example than a bunch of ppl who think themselves legends when they are unknown/ignored by massive majority of the game and recognised by only the friends who also put them and themselves up for Legend status!

Im not sure what you were expecting from the Villain Epics, the Kheldians are alien race and Arachnos Soldiers/Widows are more jst humans so the idea of having some kind of form change would be stupid.

I am glad they steered well clear of Anything resembling the Hero epics because the devs would have been accused of giving a half hearted attempt at villains epic types by jst making a Villain version of the Kheldians.

I dont think they could win no matter what they did choose for Epic types, because there will always be ppl who dont like things about the game. But there are also alot of pppl who DO like them so you jst gotta live with it .. roll another toon.

Absolutely! Whether people think its OP or not, if the powers that be also thought that they would have changed by now, and they wouldnt have made it like this in 1st place. I have raved about WP since before it was released (even when it was predicted to be trash) and confirmed with the various /WP toons i have made since then. For whatever reason the original poser decided to spit the dummy out, and the rest to follow suit i would suggest jst to deal with it! And hey, if it gets nerfed then fair enough! But tbh the amount of people who enjoy playing the /wp set will way outnumber the people who dont, and unless there is some real serious imbalance reason (i.e. PvP) i dont think they will change it.

Was a good weekend, pretty much dedicated the time to my Ice/Kin Corr and got 32-50, and then for the last hour or so got 32-37 on my Fortunata. I would have liked to lvl my Stalker but hey, there's only so much you can do in a weekend! Thanks for the fun to anyone i teamed with on Ice Blossom.

There is little point animating lips until we have something interesting to 'listen' to .. what good is moving lips when you are reading a speech bubble above the head and no voice is heard! It'll be like watching a second rate subbed film on mute.

Its not a bad idea, but like you say the game becomes alot simpler on and after lvl14 and the time it takes and the amount you actually have to traverse the zones to reach lvl14+ is not very much. Im not saying everyone plays the same or that i lvl fast myself or anything anymore .. but i know what it was like for me as a new player it was exciting and i wanted to get as many lvls under my belt at any sitting. Plus being a new gamer you wouldnt know about these public SG bases from the off, and quite possibly would be in another SG with all the main facilities by the time your ad was heard shouting across Atlas.

Like i say i think it IS a good idea And even better for the community help that you are promoting!

Im sure if you hang around Grandville for a while you will come on radar of one of the farm teams that operate there.
