Fully expect more baddos to complain about them. Then just like now it will be baseless whining because you aren't willing to learn to adapt to them. Stalkers are such a low concern to anyone willing to want to deal with them and there are so many more 'real' concerns when pvping. I for one haven't worried about stalkers since they put the one hit code in. -
Drop the straight damage piece from apoc. Slotting more acc will help some but its not the same thing as the tohit you get from aim/bu type powers. Also with slotted out tactics + a kismet you are pretty well up there as far as the tohit cap these days anyways. I know alot of people these days are swearing by getting 99 acc in their attacks but it really isn't adding that much, and adding range to a power like blaze will be something you find very handy later. The range in tk only effects how far away you can put it on someone. I know mids is showing you that its only 7 seconds you are gaining but trust me with dr its over 10 closer to 12. Its very noticeable. I actually 3 slot mine 2 rech and 1 range these days, pre i12 I used to do 2 end 1 range. The farther away you can fight as a mind fire the better.

When heroes have stalkers, and zone pvp "evolves" into mostly stalkers vs stalkers, people may figure out that stalkers were designed very poorly for pvp, and you will see a major redesign of the AT.

Or people will realize that they should have some veats around. Or some stormies and ffers. Mayhaps even some toons with bonfires. Or they will find out how awesome pets on aggressive attack my target are while you are in hide.
The more you talk about stalkers terps, the more clueless you seem.
And for the record you will never see a major at redesign in this game. The dom changes are about as big as you are going to see and I would hardly call them earth shattering. -
I would slot numis in hiber. Get the kismet in cj instead of maneuvers it has to be toggled on every 120 seconds to work. You can drop a recharge out of fe, it is giving you very little in return for the slot. I would get a cent in blaze, two if you can and maybe mix up the deva pieces in it for a better over all enhanced numbers. While I do like passive regen these days I would drop the regen tissue in health for a miracle heal piece to get some more recovery working. I understand your theory behind apoc in flares, I think after playing it you will find it fits better in fire blast and flares probably won't even make your tray. I definitely would not 6 slot apocs. Get the unbreakable proc in dominate. I would drop all the 5 slotted devastations you have down to 4 and get a cent in all those powers. The extra range is hot. Think about getting getting some recharge in tk, you want the cheese up as much as possible

I have over 40 50s now. A majority of them, in particular early on were pved 100% of the. I would wager this number to be in the high 20s. The one thing I was hoping for to really improve my game experience was someone to judge me for how I leveled the rest of them.
I was actually in a global channel not to long ago talking about ae/farming in general and mentioned my total number of max level toons. the persons reply was I was ripping the game of any real reward by not having experienced all that pve has to offer AND getting all the badges on every toon I have.
Man it must be [censored] awesome to sit in judgment of others who play the same game, but just do it diffrently. -
Think the only rule you missed from the justice one is no repeating ats.

Only a few of the pieces are unique. The +res the +def and the +hp/end. All the rest can be slotted multiple times. -

We crushed the raid on Champ (blue side) on Sunday. I was able to keep a scrapper team alive the whole time with little problems with my Emp. Just few fear mezzes made it through when I was off rezzing fallen ranged team members. No perma mez anything.

Like I said the mez problem was villain side only. Forgot that in my op. Blue side we only had issues with the crazy blue lightning chaining. -

That said I never ran granite on my stone tanking hami. Usually have more than enough buffs to get around it. But like Ig said even the penalties of it aren't really that much. Especially with a slotted taunt + ranged attack. -

On Justice we did a red and blue raid, what follows is some observations.
First things first, blue mito chaining was not fixed. It still chains and can leap through zones. Besides the griefing potential this also makes hami alot harder than the merits its rewarding.
Second, there appears to be some kind of mez protection/resistance problem introduced. I had no fewer than three teammates get perma stunned through 3 stacked enforced morale, all of said toons had mez protection in their secondaries as well. I wanted to check if it was an enforced morale problem only so I switched to my therm. The problems continued to persist. At one point a bane on my team was perma stunned through 2 enforced morales, 2 thaws, and a bf. I tried to nail down exactly what the issue was but as it was a raid in progress it was not really the time nor place to do testing. I will say for sure though something is very broken.
2 smaller quibbles, hami drops 53 merits not the 52 listed in the patch noted. And the mitos are still dropping tech salvage only. The latter of those two I have reported on every issue since de started dropping both arcane and tech.
