I'm never 100% sure of anything but I could swear slotting stuff like Heal/Rech into Dark Servant, for example, would make it cast Twilight Grasp with a shorter recharge. -
Like in the PvP zones. Raises lower players to the maximum of the selected level bracket in Combat Level.

Re-built your base yet? We're (Zeero is) working on it. Somehow it seems that after the prestige discount we can fit -less- things in the base, though. Don't ask us how we managed that.

I don't really play my 50s often at all after I collect all the Accolades that give attributed bonuses on them. Except my Scrapper, who has only one such Accolade and whom I just got to 50 for Warshades. So I guess they're all merrily collecting those auctioneer (or whatever it was) day job badges. -
Notice how Villains have most of the cool arcs.
Except with the new Cimerora arcs. The Villain ones are dry and uneventful. -

Yes you can. It'll only have a chance to proc off [Heavy Laster Burst] though - the blast they get from the first upgrade.

Terrify does not debuff ToHit. If you can slot ToHit debuffs in it, that's a bug, and you should report it. It shouldn't even let you slot those in it. -
So, some of the 'lacking' epic pools got a 5th power to compensate. The Devs stated they don't have the time to come up with new stuff for the other pools, so as usual I started speculating. Or, well, 'wishing' would probably be a better word in many cases.
So, open thread here for thoughts, ideas, etc.

Mu Mastery - Power Surge (Banes are, what, the only melee AT that doesn't have either a self-rez or a godmode? Crabs can just have fun with this like Blasters and Dominators would)

Kismet unique does give ToHit, not Accuracy.

[/ QUOTE ]What do you mean? This was already done. If you park a Bruiser next to, say, an AV, it'll cycle through melee attacks as well as Hurl at melee range. Same for Genin, Grave Knights, etc.
The issue is that the Bruiser (and other melee pets with ranged powers, such as Grave Knights) doesn't want to close to melee after opening a fight with Hurl, but will instead stand there like a doofus until Hurl recharges, and promptly chuck another rock at its target, rinse and repeat. Or, if he's feeling particularly silly, he'll do a little dance consisting of Hurl, move 10 feet from enemy, Hand Clap enemy away, Hurl, move 10 feet from enemy, Hand Clap, etc.
Oh well, at least GoTo works for that. Keeps MMs from becoming even more passive than they already can be.
A very simple fix to these issues, actually, would be to make Hurl and Hand Clap do knockDOWN instead of knockBACK. You'd still need to use GoTo, but once the Bruiser's in melee, it'll stay there.
I wonder how overpowered Bruisers would be with two PBAoE knockdown powers though. -

I would rather the coming storm was new group and not something we have seen before, but my bet is it wont be more like it will be a re work of an old group maybe the fith or even a new rikti faction.
Would be nice though if they did do a new group maybe something along the lines of a new race of aliens that have killed of the rikti and followed the last few to paragon.

Well, in one of the ancient pre-launch CoH trailers, there was a list of enemy groups, including several that never made it into the game, so they may reuse some of those ideas.

Though, in regards to travel-related things in general, what we really need most of all is a Parkour travel power. Even if it's numerically slower/worse than all other travel powers and only comes as part of some Natural-themed (lol) booster pack or something. Currently a Natural toon has to run about with Sprint, or add a lick of Tech to themselves with rocket boots or something.
Sigh, engine limitations. -
