The single largets issue about a server merge that bothers me is the naming issue.

I've been playing as Coin since day 1. I've had the same toon all this time, he's my main, I have an entire bucketload of storylines in my head for him, all the related toons as well, even an alternate universe version on Union (twin sister!) as well.

I'd be gutted beyond belief if someone else managed to get that name by default of being the first to log in because I was at work!!

And I consider myself a casual player in terms of characterisation. Looking at some of the stuff on the RP forum, I can see there being bloodshed if it happened to some people!!

Out of interest, I don't remember seeing this mentioned at all in here, is the OP in a SG at all, that made a MASSIVE difference to getting teams for me!

Being in a top class SG (Handprints ftw ) is easily the best way to get regular teams, not to mention making good friends

So we got it right about the consolidation aspect of the recent job losees then.

Shame for poor Rockie, K and Bridger et al. I do hope they were at least offered other jobs in the company somewhere??

It's good to hear that CoX is still being classed as a AAA title though!

Well, I'm using Vista and a GeForce 8800GTS with no issues whatsoever, so I dunno about any problems

Vista has been pretty much flawless since I got my PC last year, before SP1 and I've been more than happy with it

Anyway, I am on a weeks holiday, I've been logging in during the day. Just today I got invited to a Frostfire mission team (was dead funny, 1 tank and 3 defenders, had a great time in it ) at 12.30ish on Union, was chatting to some friends on both servers, most of whom we're in teams and had at least 3 people ask to join the team I was in, which I passed on the name of the team leader!

So, yeah, clearly the game is dead.

This evening alone, when I was soloing some flashback missions, again, was chatting to several friends, all in teams, there was a full 8 man team in the SG I'm in on Union, my wife was in no less than 2 different teams on Defiant at differing levels with her SG over there and I saw plenty of people running around Cap Au Diable. All during the night I wqas getting people asking if I wanted to join a team as well (I didn't, was flashing back to little levels )

Again, the game is dead how exactly??

Of course the game is quieter at 12 midday, most people are at work or school, try looking for teams when, you know....people might actually be on more!!

Now, I'm off, apparently Stasis wants a pony/unicorn and I wanna see if there's on in port Oakes for her.

I'm still here as well, since the dawn of tim......erm, pretty much the beginning of the EU game

And yes, the name Caleb rings a bell

I've just reached lvl 30 on my first real anchor toon, a /dark MM.

Given that I'm in a big team usually nowadaysa, I rarely use the anchor as the mob is usually dead within seconds and it's a waste of time. When we get something like an EB or higher, then I'll use it as it survives long enough to be worthwhile

I've never been upset when someone kills it early though.....this is still just a game, yeah?

Not a massive amount of info, most of it's known, but a few nuggets I don't recognise in there, notably about badges for day jobs

Sorry, it was running at the same time as another match, I was only one person and could only record that one I think your match clashed with the Jousters match.

I try to get coverage of everyone as much as I can but it's not always possible. if you have another match though I'll try my best to get footage of that one, which team are you in?

There's often comic books out there with our fave superheroes and villains that are designed to be humerous, the DeMatteis and Giffen run of the JLI/JLE era for instance, or most things featuring the Joker

I was wondering, are there any arcs designed to be like that in our fave game? The only one I can think of is the crazy scientist one at the beginning of Cov (around lvl 5ish, can't remember the name of the scientist, sorry )

Any others out there? If not, we need to get War Witch writing a few more

You might get some competition from the German Psychos though, they were pretty damn lethal as well! Could make for an interesting match up
