  1. This is the build that I use on my Spiner... I had a hetacomb planned for lunge but it's just too expensive. I put a lot into this build back when purples were 40Mil for the expensive ones... Pre i15 and AE.

What can I say about this guy... he's an AOE God of Death and Destruction. Open with BU+FE+Energy Torrent whole mob flops with Knockdown, jump in with Throw Spines (minions dead) Spine Burst, target a positionally effective baddie and jump out with another throw spines. The whole mob, save for 1 or 2 luts who missed the cone carnage are dead. The bosses are at half health.

By this time ET is back up, bosses flop, Soon my BU is back up and impale and ripper finish off the bosses.

I can farm +3*8 BM maps faster than the fire kins. I can take out Demons faster than almost anything. This guy is crazy fun.

  2. I just witnessed two toons humping each other with the /pushup emote under the globe in atlas... Good Job Devs!
  3. I love the speed... the jump height and run speed when combined with Sprint is great! I HATE the endurance!

0.46 end/second!!! WOW that's a heavy end power. I am really bummed that I can't enhance it. Could we just get slots for enhancing endurance reduction? Make it just accept end-redux and no sets... that would make me truly happy.

Ultimately, being able to slot it like sprint would be optimal. Allow me to include standard Run/Jump/End-Redux enhancements, no sets.
  4. Ok. So I rolled a bs/sr scrap and I've been playing him off and on now for about two months. He's a 38 and just got elude. But I hate him.

I have all the toggle powers slotted for def. Almost all the auto powers as well. He uses so much endurance that he barely makes it a mob before running dry. And eispite what I heard about SR after SOs he is really squshie.

Should I stick with this build and dump 200 mil into sets?? Or rerole to something else. If so what.

Note. My issue is wih SR I think. I really like the damade potential of the BS.
  5. I roll level 35-40 Silvers. The farm I run gets me the ticket cap in one run with mission completion on +0x8(no boss). 2 runs of that with my archer nets me about 5 silver rolls.

The Obliteration recipes I get from that sell for around 10-30 mil. Also some nice ToD and Siroccos in there as well.

My wife and I run level 50 Ouro mishes.... today after the patch they are level 45! This is definitely not working as intended! Right?!?
  7. Sure, /regen gives you some pretty impressive recovery but if you combine Fire and /Fire, FE gives you some absurd damage potential and you have slow protection, a damage aura for stalker reveal and good resistances...

so? Fire Melee /regen? or /fire?
  8. And yes, I am outnumbered... and often times out classed. One particular Archer/TA Corr has me every time.
  9. So by procing out I assuming you mean that I should add as many Chance for Damage procs to my attack. Why the big damage attack and not the fastest recharging ones?
  10. This is not a build specific thread, but more of a tactical question... some backstory.

I've been wanting to get into the mix in PVP for a while now. I'm bored of the "Game" and want a new challenge. That... I have found.

I spoke with a PVPer with a fully tricked out Archer/energy and I thought, hey, I have an Archer/MM so I dumped about 100M into sets for him, picked up all the single target damage and all the "right" toggles, (snow storm, glacial armor, tactics, SS/SJ, Haste). Got a perception proc and some knockback protection... And I suck (or at least I feel like I do).

The moment I start attacking a vill. I get swarmed by 2-3 others and get annihilated. The doms and their stupid TA ground me while I get pounded. And a stalker stole my bow after they beat me with it.

    So, the question is:
It appears as if the Red side dominates with TA Corrs, Pain MM's and SS/Fire Brutes. What does the blue side dominate with?

I would like a hero PVP toon which can take the damage and take down the Corrs and Stalkers with ease. I've got about 300M+ to put into the build... so what should I use? (and is my blaster really that bad?)
  11. My wife and I teamed with 3 others on an all Corr team with the same powers you mention except we had two /colds. With 2 Colds you can hit the def cap.

We pretty much tore through everything. It was fun. You will enjoy that.
  12. Earth/Fire Strong holds, no need for ACC slotting means Fire gets more damage and recharge... which is never bad.
  13. It took you 10 days?

I personally have farmed someone from 1-32 in one run of a non exploit farm. Luts on City02, high ambushes, large mobs, defendable objects. 8 man team hits the game's render cap on every ambush.

    Takes about an hour.

    Dual Pistols

I don't know what I want my Tier 9 to be, but I know that for one of my ST damage attack, I want to be able to empty the clips of both guns in the chest of my opponent as I watch them jerk and thrash about...

I want a Duck and Run and Gun animation, (maybe the "Duck" is where the defense buff might come from), with reduced acc.

I want a "Lucky Shot" crit.

And I want an emote where I toss a can in the air and fill it full of holes with both pistols
  15. 1) I use a Spine/Fire Scrapper, pretty fully purpled out, with about 25% melee and fire defense from sets and capped fire resistance.

I farm a Fire melee/Fire melee swarm map and can take on full 8 man spawns from 9 defendable object ambushes solo. Not to brag, but he kicks much [censored] and is the toon I play most. (BU+FE+Energy Torrent+Throw Spines+Spineburst+Throw Spines == giggles)

Whenever I bring others onto that farm they usualy give up around the 3rd team wipe, I've got the map to auto SK the lowbies to 46 and I can get a lvl 1 toon to 32 in a single run (mapped to 8/ 3 on team).

    2) As for rewards, I get about 16 Mil out of a run, + what ever the recipe rolls give me... before the nerf I could pull 18-20K tickets from a run if I sold all my tickets before completing the mish, now it's, well, lower, but still good. I mostly do it for the fun of doing it... I like seeing a flood of enemies flow over the wall like an army ant invasion only to meet their spiney death.
  16. That mosh IS there. You have to uncheck the option to hide arcs you have played before
  17. Code_Ninja

    invuln or shield

As long as we are talking about tanking Rom and not which is the better survivor, (INV BTW for my vote), I would like it noted that I have tanked Rom on my Spine/Fire scrapper where the team buildup was me, one kin def, and 6 blasters.... (epic battle btw for a scrap

I have also seen a team of defenders take him with no deaths. I have also seen him completely destroy a WP tank...

Rom is not the hardest thing on the game to tank.

Hell I have a harder time with WP/PSI bosses in my AE Mish.... those frackers are HARD!
  18. Look for defendable objects... that will trigger the ambush, but you won't destroy them... they will Glow however.... not sure if that's suitable.
  19. "Pentagon"
    More realistic office buildings.
    Mall interiors
    Mall exteriors
    Marketplace (like outdoor farmers market)
  20. I don't know about to 50 ( yet ) but I took an at mate from 1-32 in one run. That took about an hour maybe.

I was going to try a 1-50 run. Ill post rresults here is we do it.
  21. Single account.

Yes you have to exit the mission. Dump your tickets into rolls. Reenter and finish the map. If you would go over the ticket cap with the mission bonus this is, as far as I can tell, a legal but time consuming way to do it.
  22. ok, yes, there IS a way... but it requires you to somehow get rid of the tickets that you have which would put you over your cap...
  23. [ QUOTE ]
That's what the per mission ticket cap is a limit on the rewards.

    [/ QUOTE ]

Considering that I have gotten over 16,000 tickets and 16MIL from a single run of a farm... I think that's not quite working as intended...

FWIW, It's not the tickets and the money that are the problem. Sure the markets gone up and purples are"OMG HOW MUCH!"... the problem is noobies getting PLed to 30 out the gate.... if you are a 30 and don't know how to get to Kings Row!!!... there are issues.
