Best things to buy with AE Tickets?

I'm just starting to farm on AE missions, and I'm wondering what would be the best salvage or recipe to buy with the tickets I get. I think with the farm I'm doing now, I can get 1600 tickets per run. I know the person who gave me the Arc # said that right after he buys 3 Prophecy salvages, and then sells them for 2 mil each, but I was wondering if there was anything better to buy and then sell for a good profit.

Compared to other kinds of farming, AE is pretty inefficient, since they nerfed the dickens out of it and increased drops everywhere else. That said...

Personally I don't use AE tickets for profit but rather to get quick and easy rare salvage when I want to craft a recipe and don't have it on hand.

Yeah well I'm having a tough time figuring out how I want to make money. I tried farming at -1 x8 on Save the Warrior Clan's Village from Maria Jenkins (I think) and after about 5-6 farms, I got a purple recipe, Gravitational Anchor. I crafted it and am currently selling it for some good money.

But then people were saying how AE farming is good too because you can get the tickets and then get salvage or recipes and then sell them.

I have to pick between farming for purple drops or AE farming, but while I do either one of them, I'm also buying one recipe at a time, crafting it, and then letting it sell for some good profit.

I know it's kind of off-topic, but can anyone help me decide what to do? Regular farming for purple drops or AE farming?

And if anyone could also answer my original question, that'd be appreciated

What do you want to make money -for-? For example, are you going for high-end recipes, purples, whatever, or are you looking to fund another character?

Right now I'm doing 20-24 bronze rolls and selling off the stuff I don't need. I get the occasional RES/DEF unique, Karma Knockback, Kismet ToHit, and some other interesting things. Most of it's garbage of course. It may not be the most profitable method, but every once in a while I get an IO I actually WANT, so that saves me the time, money, and effort of actually purchasing it.

Personally, i switch between PI and AE. Both can get you paid. I never buy salvage tho. I use 2 accounts tho, so 1 i get a gold roll with one and the other i get a ton of level 10 bronzes. I use those Bronze rolls, or even 15-19, when I'm looking for KB protection or Res/Def for my characters. Occasionally I strike gold and get a +regeneration Unique.

Dunno how fast you can get tickets now but if i was able to ticket cap myself with ease i would go for certain rare salvage

I roll level 35-40 Silvers. The farm I run gets me the ticket cap in one run with mission completion on +0x8(no boss). 2 runs of that with my archer nets me about 5 silver rolls.

The Obliteration recipes I get from that sell for around 10-30 mil. Also some nice ToD and Siroccos in there as well.
