  12. April 27th 2039, a young man of about 23 sits alone in a human test lab, waiting to test the benefits of a magical rock that many people have no clue about.

    The man, Jacob Mason sits on the steel chair shirtless with tattered pants required for the test.

    The man looks upon the scientist. Then looks back down at his bareless feet. Jacob wasn't a poor man but not a rich man, living in an apartment in Tallahassee, Florida requires that. But this man had traveled to Paragon City, Rhode Island to try this test. He hadn't known the facility but he read Crey . Jacob needed the money, for future worries.

    The scientist had been done setting everything up, the test's core was in the middle of the room, a closed glass of green liquids ready with wires to fill the vains with the minerals of the rocks.

    The scientist a Russian named Thomas Vukovich whispered:

    "The test is ready for you Jacob."

    Jacob said nothing but waited for further instructions.

    The scientist continued:

    "Now, this test requires you to be naked."

    "Yeah, that's okay, I suppose its just the human body, nothing hurts."

    Jacob sounded calm but if you would've looked closer his hands were trembling.

    The scientist opened the top hatch by the computer: shhhhhhhh bzzzt! . Jacob stripped.

    "Climb up the stairs and in. Try not to splash."

    The scientist spoke with amazing english and adapted to the American accent quickly.

    Jacob climbed the steel stairs lifted himself up the hatch and oozed himself in. Not a drop splashed.

    "Before I close the hatch wear these headphones, I will be able to talk to you through the microphone installed in the computer."

    "Right then."

    The scientist gave him the black headphones out of one of his two huge sidepockets and handed it to Jacob.

    They were stripped of the soft side, all there was in the headphones were metal and wires built inside.

    Without hesitation, Jacob put them on.

    "Now get in."

    Jacob oozed back in again, and put the breathmask on, being careful not to suck any liquid. He carefully took the wire's spikes and inserted them into his veins. The process took 5 minutes. The hatch was closed and the test started.

    The scientist left the room as Jacob was pressed by sleeping gas.

    8 hours later things started to go wrong. The rock was glowing, the hatch was breaking, the green liquid turned red... the glass was breaking, the test room, on the 42nd floor blew up. Thomas Vukovich was a spy, a hitman, his target's Mistress Crey, someone had to stop him.

    Meanwhile - The flames burst, the building burnt down, followed by later explosions.

    The sound could be heard from a distance: BOOOOOOM BOOOM BOOM!!!!! the building fell into rubble, the death poll was rising and so was Jacob. He tore through rubble and reached the surface.

    It must've been the rock. He roared: "RAAAAAAAAAWRR!!!" News reporters ran towards the black-haired wonder and his red eyes, after the experience with the rock.

    Jacob Mason, rock smasher couldn't talk for the press but instead talked to himself in his mind: The rock.. it must've changed me... I feel a newfound strength to control the earth.. and.. the power to... well... the power of invulnerability!! By now, Jacob figured out Thomas Vukovich's business in this world and goes to Paragon City and goes on a new found destiny: justice.

    Just agreeing that that is true and backing that information up. I do seem to find the difference between playing my MA and a lowbie level DM. Yet I know there's a thread saying that all primarys you must draw need a Base ACC buff. I can't seem to find this link though or the link that contains the base numbers for ACC on the primaries.
